Very poor quality. Bought a down filled jacket that is markedly inferior quality compared the the "same" jacket i bought 2.5 years ago. The fabric is a cheap nylon that makes noise when you waok, not the durable ballistic fabric of the former one. The side pockets are way too high for a normal length arm to reach comfortably. THe hood has faux fur, not real fir like the previous one. It is not lined in a warm fur like fabric but stiff nylon. Cannot believe I paid neary $400 for an inferior product at Saks Off FIfth. It is supposedly normally priced at $659! CRAZY. Stick with parajumpers or canada goose!!

I bought a pair of boots online, what they sent wasn't what I bought. Now, no one wants to help me; they won't answer my emails. I never should have bought them horrible company horrible product!!!! Lesson learned that if you are considering buying any product from them, don't do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!!!

Heinous customer service. An hour after I placed my order I asked to change the size. They refused without so much as a "sorry". It's excruciatingly clear that they have no care in their customer service department. For a minute I thought maybe they had a bot answering their email because it was devoid of humanity. If I'd gotten so much as a "oh, I'd love to help - how about we pay the return shipping on the boots and send the right size right away" I'd be extolling their virtues. Instead I've told a few people I know about how they lack care, and now I'm here on Yelp to let many more people know not to buy from them. They lost my $240 sales, and the potential sale of more than $1,000 from the rest of my family who were excited about the Ice Gripper boots they sell. Total loss of around $1,300 because Erika, who says she's the manager of customer service, treated me poorly. You'd think maybe the owner of the company would like to know about these things...
