I cannot recommend this gym enough! The semi-private setting is perfect for me, as I get the personalized attention I need to reach my fitness goals. Nicole and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing me to do my best while making sure I'm doing everything safely and effectively. I've only been training here for a few weeks but because of the accountability and encouragement I receive I'm already starting to see results. If you're looking for a gym that truly cares about your health and fitness, this is the one for you!

Just started my training journey at Paradigm, and the staff is by far the nicest! The coaches take the time to build a personalized plan, explain and demo the exercises, give you the one on one coaching when needed, and offer plenty of support and encouragement! I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

If you're looking for a gym that fat shames, is aggressive, or that creates quick and unsustainable training plans this is NOT the gym for you.Nicole and her team have cultivated a safe and kind environment for gym members. A space where one focuses on healthy living and sustainable change.The programs change monthly and evolves with your growing fitness levels so they are never stale or repetitive. More importantly the programs are tailored to your wants, needs, and goals.I could barely bench, squat, or deadlift the bar (45lbs). Now I participate in 1-rep max days where I test my strength and will. Currently, I can deadlift over 200lbs.The atmosphere is overwhelmingly positive thanks to the trainers and your fellow trainees. We encourage each other to do our best and to go above and beyond what we think is possible (within reason).I will add, while they do not promote quick and unsustainable programs if that is your request they will support and guide you in a safe way. I had to plan a last minute wedding where I had a month to get in a more comfortable shape, so that I would feel good on my special day, and they helped me loose 10lbs quickly and safely.I highly recommend this gym for those who want to improve their overall fitness and who want to have a good time doing it. That's why I give Paradigm Fitness 5 stars.P.S. there is adorable puppy cheerleader to give you lots of love and cuddle between your circuits.

The best place to train. Fantastic coaches, camaraderie and energy.Nicole and her team are inspiring -- and practical. You'll accomplish your fitness goals, have some laughs, and try new things -- before I discovered Paradigm St. Henri, the term "1-rep max days" was not a part of my vocabulary ;)I've been a member for 3-odd years and highly recommend everything about this gym. My favourite: the Saturday morning HIIT circuits / bootcamps. Don't miss them!

This is the best gym ever. I have been the most consistent in working out since I joined this gym and have seen great progress in my strength the past 6 months since I have been coming here. The trainers Nicole and Katie are the best!

As someone new to fitness and wanting to change my lifestyle with big goals, the idea of going to a "regular" gym without guidance was intimidating. What first attracted me to Paradigm was the aspect of booking a time slot (hello accountability!) and having access to a coach, learning how to properly train while having a personalized program. Meeting Nicole and starting training at Paradigm has completely changed my life. Words cannot describe how incredible Nicole and her team are. Nicole took the time to build a customized program that's entirely focused on my goals and I have already seen great results. They have exceeded all of my expectations and I can't imaging starting a fitness journey any other way, even with lofty goals. I highly recommend Nicole and her team for any fitness needs- give them a try, you won't be dissapointed!

This is a great small gym for those looking for small group training. I started about 1.5 years ago with very little experience in lifting and have not looked back! The coaches are well informed in all aspects of lifting; your program is individualized and tailored to your needs and goals every 8 weeks and the coaches make sure that your form is on point for all exercises. You'll get lots of information on all aspects of training and lifting whether you're new, or a long-term lifter. Great coaching staff with unique backgrounds from competitive lifters, kinesiologists, athletic trainers, personal trainers, etc. Friend and inviting environment. Definitely recommend this gem of a gym!

I am pretty much an OG paradigm St-Henri member! I joined in Feb.2020 and could not be happier with the coaches, the space and the members. Classes are small so you can really get great personalized guidance in your workout to ensure amazing results, that are tailored to your goals. The people are all fantastic and fun, my classes usually fly by because we are laughing through that muscle burn! Highly recommend joining our Paradigm family.

I would like to give my honest review of Paradigm Fitness Saint-Henri…the place and staff are great and let me tell you why and also why you should join:1. Small group sessions- this allows for a hands on personalized attention to you and your goals;2. Coaching - coaching is a great tool to guide you on your path to better fitness;3. Great community of like minded persons;4. You can improve your mobility and become more aware of your body and what it’s able to do;5. You have access - by appointment- to an excellent and highly recommended Athletic therapist;6. And for the cherry on the sundae, you are greeted by Moose. He is always there to welcome you! ?I can’t say enough about Nicole Lorenz owner and head coach. She cares and that is a big plus for me. Nicole is super professional and extremely knowledgeable.You can also get nutritional information as part of your ‘on-boarding’.If you want to spend your hard earned cash on a ‘gym membership’ that will make you feel better about yourself then you must give Paradigm Fitness Saint-Henri a try!

Joined after my partner had been going for years. She loved it so I decided to try. Just finished one year and don't plan on stopping. The facility and trainers are top notch and they are continually changing my program based on the sporting season and my goals.

I've been a member now for about 2 months and Paradigm has been such a revelation. Nicole, the team and the other members have all been so welcoming! It is by far the best gym and community I have ever been a part of. I never miss a session, I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to going to the gym...finally! The workouts are great and tailored to your goals. The difference I feel not only physically but mentally has been amazing! I couldn't recommend Paradigm Fitness more.
