*Poor grooming service and no follow-up*
I do not recommend this branch at all for their grooming service. I took my dog last June, and when he came home, he was shaking, limping on his back leg and urinating in the house.
Already when I came to pick up my dog the groomer was no longer on site to tell me how the grooming went, she had already left.
I called the next day without being able to speak with her. Meanwhile, my dog's limping continues, eventually leading me to tell the vet that the dog has a fracture and will need surgery.
I called the store manager on July 19, to finally get feedback on the situation with the groomer the following day, and to tell me that dogs are sometimes nervous when grooming. I never received any feedback from the store manager as expected. My dog still continues to limp and I am really disappointed with your service, you do not follow up with customers when we entrust you with our animals, I find that's deplorable. I do not recommend and this is the last time my dog will come to be groomed in your franchises.

My cat came back CUT on her back and the shearing was not done completely, there are marks and she doesn't feel comfortable doing cat grooming I find it boring because instead of it do she should say it she prefers not to touch felines because my little kitty is pitiful

Your delivery service is totally rotten!!! Uber did not deliver the 3 litter boxes and did not inform me. So I paid $12 delivery fees for a 6 kg bag of food. No litter A scam!!! And when they call you to report the problem… well, it’s not your problem. After 30 minutes of trying to explain my situation to Uber customer service, I made the choice to never order from you again!!!
