Employee was extremely helpful.He help me put the air in my tires and got warm water to unlock the cap that was stuck.Thanks again really rare to find people that goes the extra mile!!!

There is a sale but the toilet is closed. The guy at the cash register is there just to make you spend money. You had to use the toilet for a humanitarian reason but he is lying and saying the toilet is closed.

Every time i go purchase gas there and my petro card they see it holding in my hand they act like the petro card doesnt exist i even have to correct them they terminate the transaction right away without petro points concern i felt that everytime they want to deny the petro card liek they dont care about our life saving if you go to this place you will see them by their fruits and rate 1 star so they cant get a decent job and to understand it too

It's rare that I make a comment, but on this September 16 at 4:30 p.m., the cashier is not clearly understood...and doesn't care about the customers, lousy service, I had to go back inside 4 times for him say that the pump was not activated, she tells me that pump no. 3 is not working... (So, shut up, pump!) I go back inside, she sends me to pump 2 ( someone stands in front of me). I go to pump 1, I tell her twice to activate the pump, she doesn't react... what a stupidity, a big stupidity, she sleeps on gas that's the right word... too bad, improve the service and employees.

this gas station (St-Denis and St-Zotique) has a very poor service to customer. Do not inflate your tires there. The machine is broken and even complaint from customers, it is not repair. I put cash and I lost it. I did complaint. Another guy, trying to inflate tires in his car, put cash and then use cards, and lost his money. The young guy who is suppose to give solutions believed that I was stupid. He could have solved the problem in a few seconds, but he decided not to anything. They are not even capable to write a paper mentioning the machine is broken. Another issue: a woman who paid her gas asked to use the toilette; she could not with a lie. If you are in the borough of Rosemont-Petite Patrie, go to Shell in Jarry and Christophe Colomb or Esso in Rosemont and Christophe Colomb. La station service de St-Denis a un service très défficient. La machine pour gonfler les pneus ne marchent pas, elle prend l'argent mais elle ne marche pas. L'employé n'est pas capable de mettre une pancarte. Le toilette pour le client n'est pas disponible même si vous payez le gas. Si vous habitez dans le quartier Rosemont-Petite Patrie, je vous conseille d'éviter cette station de service et d'aller
à Esso de Rosemont et Christophe Colomb ou Shell de Jarry et Christophe Colomb.

This place is a mess. Just tried to go buy ice cream and was told they wouldn’t let me in unless I was buying gas. Maybe try advertising that you’re no longer a convenience store. Also, there’s a 50% chance your ice cream will be freezer burnt. The grumpy cashier also accused me of shoplifting once? Maybe he needed some drama to fill time.
