The security guard is in his world not caring about customers
An employee who may have been a manager spoke badly to me when I asked him if there were stress balls.
I will rarely return to this Pharmaprix

I had an order prepared at the pharmacy and it takes them SO LONG before giving me my medications… then I still have to wait for a pharmacist to explain to me how to take the medication… then I have to wait for a person to pay… seriously This is truly a total incompetence of the pharmacy staff. I'll stick with the jeans sewn next to it for the future.

I think the pharmacy is by far the worst I've been to in Montreal.
It takes at least 30 minutes for them to prepare a prescription.
I don't understand how that's logistically possible.
They also made me pay for a medicine that they had to order but after a week they said no one made an order.

Aurélie at cosmetics is an accomplished employee and knows the products she sells. She is interested in her customers on top of all that with a smile! I'm from the North Shore and believe me the service in the local pharmaprix is really not comparable ?especially in this department. She will go far, she is definitely an asset for a self-respecting company!

It's the slowness of the pharmacy compared to the jean coutu next door, same clientele, same prescription but an unhealthy slowness of treatment that is particularly irritating if you have the choice, prefer the jean coutu pharmacists next door

This Pharmaprix is absolutely pitiful. I've had to wait over 30 minutes to place an order on multiple occasions, and they never answer the phone. Calls are put on hold indefinitely or abruptly cut off. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen in Canada. No respect for customers, they don't care at all. Flee this pharmacy and look elsewhere for service worthy of the name.

I'm extremely disappointed with Pharmaprix. I had to wait over 20 minutes to place an order multiple times, and they never answer their phones. Calls are either put on hold indefinitely or abruptly ended. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in all of Canada. They have no respect for customers and clearly don't care. Look elsewhere for better service.

I had a bad experience. I went to get my son the iron. I'm coming, they don't have any. Well that’s understandable, they tell me they’re going to call me. Perfect! I do my week and after 7 days I go back and tell them that I am reaching the end of the bottle and they really need it. They tell me they called me and have already given it to me. Um no!?
I tell them that I haven't received any calls or messages on my voicemail. Maybe they got the wrong person? The pharmacist tells me that this must not happen again so they will put a note in my file to monitor me…
???
For an iron supplement in syrup? If we were talking about morphine or something like that I could understand, but iron??
I was insulted because it was clearly their mistake and there was no way to fix it properly.

I was refused Gravol (OTC) by the pharmacist. Luckily i can uber eats it for triple the price. Thanks!
