The service at the pharmacy is just terrible. The employees prefer to chat among themselves and the pharmacist does not move from his bench, even to give you advice. A pharmacy to avoid if you need help. The pharmacist is arrogant and will make you feel like trash.

My evaluation concerns only the staff of this Pharmaprix responsible for the Pharmacy. It would be unfair to generalize to all staff. This is not my first experience at this place and I have often made the same bitter observation: there is a striking contrast between the friendliness and availability of the staff responsible for common items and postal services, of a on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the arrogant indifference, even the contempt of the pharmacy staff, which gives the impression that the customers are disturbing.Today, the experience has reached its climax. I needed to get advice from the pharmacy receptionist. I walked over to her at a time when she was alone behind her counter. When I was in front of her, she turned on her heel and headed towards her colleagues, behind the shelves! Maybe an emergency? No, bursts of laughter very quickly punctuated his conversation. I decided to wait. Nothing, their conversation seemed very pleasant. I tried to wave to get their attention. In vain. The scene was grotesque, with the pharmacy employees outnumbering all the other Pharmaprix employees combined. To avoid saying anything nonsense, I counted them: eight people. This image illustrates the height of the degradation of the sense of customer: eight people busy with everything imaginable and a single customer waiting. Ultimately, I gave up on even getting a glance from them but wanted to make this comment so they know how their behaviors influence our experience as customers.

It’s my pharmacy, I love it, the staff are attentive, always ready to provide us with information. Pharmacists are considerate and make it a point of honor to ask us if this or that medication taken helps us with our health problems! What could be better?!?

I changed pharmacies due to my move and this one is close to my house. To date I am happy with their service. I have it delivered to my home and I haven't had any problems yet.

The new security has NO uniform, and walks around the store stalking regular customers. When asked about his uniform, an employee told me that he was wearing a bulletproof vest that said SECURITY and that was his uniform. Anyone can buy that vest from Amazon. This guy is aggressive and untrained and is going to put someone in danger, or cause a fight. Try complaining to the "manager" of this place, though, and nobody will give you the time of day. I'll see what Pharmaprix corporate has to say about the new thug with no uniform that's "guarding" the store.

Zero stars, is it possible!?!Terrible customer experience this evening at the pharmacy at the corner of St-Laurent and Saint-Cuthbert.I asked for a medicine at 9:45 p.m. (for the throat - behind the counter) in this pharmacy which closes at 10 p.m. There was none, I asked what I could buy as a replacement. They refused to advise me, telling me that the pharmacy was closing.I insisted nicely, explaining that I had a concert tomorrow and that I was in pain (sore throat, difficult to speak) and told him that there were 15 minutes before closing. She told me that her boss had told her that was how it was and that she couldn't offer me advice after 9:30 p.m., that I should have come earlier. I had just left the general, I told him, I couldn't come before. She remained unmoved. She could have just told me to take Cepacol, or another over-the-counter product. Instead, she told me to go to another pharmacy (well yes, toé, when all pharmacies close at 9 or 10 p.m.!).I spoke to the manager, who was no more helpful.Me too, when I finish my day, I can't wait to leave. But I would never refuse to give such simple advice to a person who is on the verge of tears and who explains that their concert risks being ruined. If I had been a star of Quebec show business, would I have been treated differently? I am convinced of it.Very disapointed. Don't give them business, they don't deserve it.

Well, the overall produce of this Pharmaprix wasn't actually that bad, although it was mildly overpriced (mainly talking about the kids toy section). On the other hand, though, some of the staff (not including some very nice workers in the beauty section), were not the nicest people, to say the least. For example, I was coming back from a nearby dollarstore (where we had purchased a bottle of liquid elmers glue) with a friend, when we passed by the pharmaprix. She suggested getting some overpriced food coloring, but when we realised we did not have enough money, we TRIED to leave. On our way out, a worker stopped us and accused us of stealing. In a desperate attempt to prove ourselves innocent, we suggested to scan the item of question. In response, the worker told us in a know-it-all way, that it would only beep and prove us wrong. After a good ten minutes he finally let us exit the store, whilst giving us a rather unpleasent look.

I saw a new security guard at the pharmacy, I can confirm that she is incompetent and goes after regular customers. She focuses on people who have nothing to do with the theft but rather who touch her personal EGOshe is disguised as a police officer with her bulletproof vest! we are in Quebec hereif she continues to harass us we will change businesses who will welcome us with open arms

I was at the pharmaceutical counter, last Thursday, the 23rd of November and I had a few questions for the long dark haired, tatoo,d pharmacy assistant. He was barely legible/helpful and obviously intoxicated. You could smell the liquor. I expect more professional staff at your pharmacy.
