I would have given it 0 stars if I could. I came for a post-surgery prescription with stat medications. I was told the waiting time was at least 30 minutes. I asked if some came after surgery. Answer: no.
In the end, I waited 1 hour in agony while people passed before me to come and get a medication that they take every day and to get advice from the pharmacist, with post-surgery pain who asked for ASAP medication.
Observation: incompetent team thinking they are doing their job well, but in reality, inability to manage REAL emergencies like real health professionals should do.

Thanksgiving Monday your employees were literally too lazy to unlock the front gates of the store forcing people to enter the back. Is there any oversight at this store or is the manager "remote". (Store was open)

Very bad service some employees are very bad have no Canadian experience what so ever and some are so cool try them best to help however new management is needed badly and major changes of how the store system works is needed badly

Terrible service. The employees talk among themselves. No help. No one at the cash registers. 30min wait for pharmacy advice. Too much time for simple advice while employees talk about their weekend. Very ordinary. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

The Pharmaprix at Atwater Market,
Welcoming and courteous staff.
The service is excellent.
My only downside is the lack of certain products on the shelves so I had to go to another pharmacy.

This pharmaprix is by far the best one! The pharmacists and the employees at the counter are so professional and will explain everything you need to know about your prescription! And if they is a waiting time, they will let you know in advance! The pharmaprix on boulevard Lasalle should definitely learn from them!

RACIST! Very disappointed in this location. I have never left a bad review anywhere. I am understanding and reasonable person. I am a woman of colour and it’s not the first time I’ve gone in and security is “casually” following me. I can’t squat down to look at something on a lower shelf, AND have a tote on me…I can’t walk in with puffy eyes due to allergies and wear glasses…so suddenly I am a target…? I’m not stupid and I’m also not a criminal!
Instead of racially profiling your customers why don’t you tell your staff to ask if your customers need help? Isn’t a pharmacy supposed to be in service of someone needing assistance when they’re not well?
Be careful with your racial profiling. Next time I will be calling on the manager or take my business elsewhere.

Sometimes they have fast pharmacy services and sometimes it is slow. However, they are helpful and will give you good advices on health questions.

The staff at the prescription counter is very efficient and friendly. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and takes the time to answer all client questions. You can feel he sincerely cares about the wellbeing of his clients.

Unethical people.
Did not give the softcopy after taking photo for visa purposes and say they only give harcopy. They literally have the digital version in their computer but they wont sent.
No use of requesting and they are not ready to help you in any way.
Terrible one this is.
