Francophone? Quel dommage! Heureusement, je me débrouille aisément étant donné que je suis bilingue. Tout de même, cela me tracasse que je ne puisses communiquer dans la seule langue officiellement reconnue de la province.
Review about Pharmacy :
-STOP! Only anglophones may enter this restricted area. (No tokébakicitte)
-Rude staff on most occasions.
-Delivery of medications at wrong address.
-Disclosure of sensitive information regardless of recipient's identity.
-No important documentations saved in folders.
I'll add more as I remember...
I have absolutely no redeemimg experiences here.
That's the shadowy place Simba was never supposed to visit out of curiosity.
Curious adventurer, you have been warned of the arduous trials that lie ahead. May luck be ever in your favour.

Their photo studio is garbage! Don't waste your time and money. I tryed getting decent passport pictures but got really bad quality ones, a child would do it better with an old printer and preschool scissors.

Large pharmacy in Place Alexis-Nihon. Since Loblaws bought them, prices have gone up. It's a shame that it's like this. Now it's more focused on profits than quality. Pharmacy at a price ---> Pharmaprix

Went in to acquire a new perfume with no idea what to get, Ethan and Michael were wonderful in finding something that they thought suited me, the whole team is incredibly nice and fun spirited, didn't expect to have such a good time buying perfume

Honestly, please don't get your photos done here. The employees have other responsibilities and won't give you that much attention, honestly can't blame them. I had get my photos done twice and still didn't end up getting them right. Please go to professional photography store.

This is a warning to anyone thinking about buying a Joker credit card from pharmaprix, DON'T! I paid for a $150 card, registered it but I didn't use it right away. When I did try it, it kept failing so I went and checked the balance. Turns out the card was from a store in Barrie and it had been redeemed at a Shoppers(Pharmaprix) in Milton. After trying to get help from Shoppers Drug Mart, by the way they have a team of people that are sort of dealing with this long outstanding problem, they said there's nothing they can do because the card had been redeemed. Does anyone remember how the Weston's colluded with a competitor to steal our bread money, maybe it's just a coincidence that the card was used a Shoppers.

Probably the worst pharmacy in the city! I’ve only decided to write this review after many visits. They don’t give a damn about your time waiting to collect urgent anti-biotic. 45’ turned 2 hours to be told to wait another 15’! Still waiting.

The pharmacists are incompetent. They cannot get orders done on time and cannot keep track of where they store them. On top of that they are rude and will give you attitude. It is always a task going there to pick up medication.
Years later: they’re even worse. Slowest pharmacists & staff. Unbelievable.

I walked into this unit to buy hair dye and an employee thought maybe I was stealing something. How can someone steal 10 dollars? This store needs to fire racist employees. I don't know what their profile is when it comes to theft. I felt extremely embarrassed.

I go to this pharmacy because it’s the closest to dawson and convenient — I usually don’t have any complaints about any Pharmaprix nor negative experience, however when I was going to pay at cosmetic — the lady looked at me with a sting eye and told me “can’t you see i’m busy, serving other customers” in a very rude and unnecessary tone. She could have just said in a nicer way especially to customers — She was walking around not doing anything and talking to her friends in another language and turned away customers when they needed help.. on top of that she was wearing a low cut top which isn’t professional nor work appropriate.. Most experiences i’ve had with other staff at the beauty section was completely fine and amazing service.
TL:DR — Cosmetic lady very rude and not dressed appropriately, chitchatting with friends in another language rather than serving customers. Turns away customers to chat. — Not dressed appropriately.
Learn how to speak to customers in a proper and appropriate tone.
