Heads up everybody: it now seams that if you go to get a prescription filled, it can ONLY be done in 24 hrs (the 30ish yrd lady rudely told me at the pharmacy counter - new employee?)- Where does it state they need a 24hrs heads-up? and/or since when is this a Pharmaprix regulation?-That blue sign at the [pharmacy] counter that asks people to be courteous - I guess it doesn't apply to them?

Again the only reason for 1 star is that the website won't let me post without it. Anne lebreque is using our health care system as a money grab. I went to pharmacy asking about an ointment over the counter. She responded "that's a consultantion I need you Medicare card" I told her that what she was doing was wrong and possibly against the rules. I was asked to leave I did so with pleasure.

An absolutely exceptional person served me at the cash register, I think her name is Fabienne, what a wonderful employee! With a line all the way to the back of the store, she managed to not only stay calm, but keep all her customers happy. I haven't seen this in years! Well done ! And take care!

If I would have known before, and read ALL the NEGATIVE comments about this pharmacy, I would have NEVER bought anything here !!Never been so insulted in my life especially after paying over $225 for gifts and giving a Christmas gift I bought at this store Dec 2023 in the cosmetics dept!To make a long story short one of the Lancome gifts that I gave as a Christmas present in the Box was empty ! See picture !I was shocked / Insulted and so was the person who received the gift!!When i bought the gift I never held the Pink Box it in my hand and was put in a bag directly by the cosmetics clerk!i paid for all my purchases and left the store!The MISSING cosmetics inside the box were finally given to me after long long discussions and long hesitation with the cosmetics clerks who finally ended up calling the Manager cosmetics at home the evening of the 24th Dec. If I was not firm in my immediate replacement request I would have had to wait till manager came back from holidays!Went to complain and advise to the Incompetent woman Store manager on duty who was stocking the empty shelves on Dec 27 2023, and she brushed me off and Informed me that it was a Normal Mistake!! And mistakes like this happens all the time ! She Continued to fill the empty shelves as I explained and made me feel like this is not important!Please Check your paid packages before you the leave this store !I felt like i was robbed that day and not them !After reading all these poor reviews and my experience I Would not TRUST this pharmacy to take care of any prescriptions my doctor would prescribe !!!

the pharmacy staff (aka those who you speak to at the counter) are very kind, no bad things to say about them, but i don’t think i have ever had an rx filled on time. how can you be so backed up literally 24/7? also please for the love of god fix your parking lot. the foot deep pot holes are a lawsuit waiting to happen

Fall advertisement. They still put the less price even its already October which is very misleading. And the cashier said they cannot do anything about and she said if you speak with my Manager tom they will still say the same. What a shame. They could have cancelled instead my purchase. Pharmaprix 6411 Sherbrook, Montreal branch.

Can I give -10 stars?Worst possible service with this pharmacy! I have been trying to call all day for my baby's medication! I was hung up on twice after being on hold for over 15 minutes. I have now been on hold for 35 minutes. All of this just to find out if they even received my son's prescription. This is not the first time I've had this happen to me with this pharmacy. That's besides the fact that everyone is so rude behind the counter. I've had one kind person answer me months ago and he was the person to tell me my pediatrician had dropped us. Besides that it's always a hassle trying to get any information and then they get mad when you call saying you should have gone online... Well we can't exactly go online if it's not put into the system yet. This prescription was sent yesterday and they still haven't called or anything. This is unacceptable. Oh and I just got hung up on once again. Time to call again.....I will definitely be changing pharmacies this is not ok!

Worst Pharmaprix, call in a prescription and when coming to get it a day later it’s still not ready. Say it will take 20 minutes and now I have been waiting for over an hour. I will be leaving this pharmacy and suggest others do to. Worst service ever!!!

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff every time I go. I went to pick up a medication too soon after ordering it by phone. I was told not once, but FOUR times by employees that I was too early. They also got upset with me for using the phone service to order a medication instead of doing it online. Why is the phone service offered then? Like, am I bad person for calling it in?? I didn't know?? I get that I should have gone later in the day, but I didn't need three separate employees to bully me. I also told them multiple times that I understand they're busy and that I came too early and that I had no issues waiting as long as they needed. One employee was nice and tried to explain to me that it helps them to order more in advance, I don't mind receiving that feedback at all. BUT It was the pharmacists making passive aggressive comments at me from the back that ''it was supposed to be at noon'' and rolling their eyes right in front of me. Some clients are sick, some have mental health issues, they don't need the extra stress. I work in customer service at a busy job too, I would never treat a client that was unaware of their mistake so rudely. It's incredibly unprofessional.

Geez I didn't know this place was so horrible!! I should have read the reviews before buying a fan there. What I don't understand is that if their electronics return policy is so "final", why they keep offering them?? They should not continue to sell electronics. I bought a fan at the self service cash so NO final sale stamp was put on my receipt nor I knew when I had problems with the fan that I couldn't return it, exchange it, or even get store credit. If I knew that the sale was final for electronics I wouldn't have taken the risk.I will walk a little further and try another pharmacy for the rest of my needs. Probably they couldn't care less about the customers like me that write all this stuff but potential customers will care.

Should be ZERO stars.The worst customer service ever.From the cashier to the so called rude manager or assistant manager that was on duty.This is a store that doesn't care about the customers at all.Whatever happened to treating a customer with respect and a smile

The worse Pharmaprix branch in whole Montreal with rude personnel in cosmetic and beauty department.even they don't know how to talk and respect and deal with customers.
