I went to purchase a product that, according to the site, was in stock. I ask at the counter, and I am told that there are no more, that the inventory is not them, but an external company and the lady seemed to find it normal that the inventory was not there. do not balance with what is displayed and that I have moved for nothing.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at this pharmacy. During my recent visit, I encountered a pharmacist named Anzelah who was extremely rude and displayed a lack of empathy, particularly towards non-French speakers. As a customer seeking assistance while feeling unwell, I was deeply disappointed by the level of service I received. It is disheartening to be met with such hostility when seeking help. I hope that steps will be taken to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy regardless of their language proficiency.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Services are very bad. I called once for passport photos and what they told me on the phone was different from what they told me on the spot and they didn't do the right size photos for the visa I was asking for. Yesterday I called for a blood test, I asked what were the requirements and costs giving them the particularity of my case (private insurance). they told me they could do it and it was ok and today going there for it they told me they were not doing it for people without RAMQ. So again false information given.I really don't recommend to go to that pharmacy

I have always had very good service, especially at the pharmacy and cosmetics counter, but tonight it was simply excellent! The assistant pharmacist was of great help to me and the pharmacist Maeva listened to me and explained to me with concern and patience. She took the time to discuss my health for at least 15 minutes. We definitely need to make more use of the services of our local pharmacies. 5*!

If you are black run away!!!!!! I am a regular customer and yet they treated me like a thief. The same security guard behaved very disrespectfully towards me and it happened twice!! Twice he watched me, followed me to see if I was going to steal something, I was really furious and I will never go back there again! Mr. security guard stealing is not part of my DNA and I would never steal anything because I was not educated that way. I was raised to work hard and get what I want in my life. So understand that it's not $4 that will change my life.

I love the products there, so dynamic and varied BUT even before covid was expensive, now is just impossible. i'm considering just to stop to buy there because of that.
