Waited an hour for 1 bottle of medication when my wife submitted at the same time and got hers within 15 minutes. Very unprofessional staff aside from the pharmacist. There are alot of people not even in a uniform behind the pharmacy counter. I am strongly considering switching pharmacy.

Please change the online business hours!!! Everyday I see people standing at the door in confusion, expecting their local drug store to be open and it's not. It's very frustrating! Furthermore it's very inconvenient. I could only imagine how walkers feel coming all the way over here only to see that it's closed. It's annoying, please change the business hours posted on Google! Thank youuu so much we appreciate the service!

It's damn slow at the pharmacy. I send my prescription 24 hours in advance and it's not even ready. Jean Coutu is 6 times busier and it's faster. The cosmetics lady is stupid. I'll have to find another pharmacy

Went to get something on sunday and received excellent service from the girl with transparent glasses at the pharmacy, she was very patient with me and gave me all the help I needed!!

The pharmacist is not helpful at all and is very difficult to have a conversation with. She is execrable and her behavior is not respectable. She hung up without me being able to say anything more. I wanted information on Covid tests. ??

Madame très désagréable au comptoir de poste Canada dans ce Pharmaprix , aucun professionnalisme ni de service clientèle. Elle n’a pas été capable de dire bonjour c’est la moindre des choses à faire aux clients non elle préfère garder un aire bête et un simple bonjour aux clients c’est ce sont qui demande dans le secteur du service clientèle . ✌?

Voilà encore une situation de "j'aurais dû lire les revues" service exécrable, pas pour tous les agents mais hier soir, je passe pour récupérer un MoneyGram, et le Monsieur du comptoir me mens en pleine face indiquant comme quoi MoneyGram de fonctionne pas, mensonges et calomnies, du n'importe quoi, évitez ce bureau de poste à tout prix.
