I witnessed an incredibly rude cashier named Sylvie, serve customers with lots of anger, disrespect & attitude. Sylvie needs retraining, &/or anger management.Furthermore Sylvie refused to serve me.When I asked some of the other employees what her name was, they knew exactly WHY I was asking it for.. which is just depressing.

A single checkout with service. When the cashier sees a customer behind me with whom she clearly wants to talk, she doesn't want to pass my items and tells me to go to the self-service checkouts. I insist, she asks me to justify myself. She passes my things without putting them in a bag, nor looking at me, nor greeting me. She jostles my order with the other customer's things before I can pack my bag. Lamentable.

Three mistakes, within two weeks...first they did not adequately fill my mother's dispill,missing medicine ...second they gave my mother the wrong dosage of medicine...third they again did not adequately prepare my mother's dispill for the second executive week in a row...

Female senior cashier at 19h 20231220 at self-checkout unnecessarily looses her temper when the customer's President's Choice valid Mastercard freezes 2 checkout machines (both checkout screens keep asking in circle the PC reward card despite having repeatedly displayed that card was accepted after having been swiped). This cashier needs to follow a course in anger management or be replaced. Customer in a hurry went elsewhere for his purchase. This checkout problem at all Pharmaprix is chronic; does not happen in any MAXI. Checking out at Metro Grocery store , one floor above, was a charm, took 10 seconds without a cashier's intervention/rant.

Worts pharmacist ever, they won’t give you your prescription because they said they don’t understand it even though the doctor wrote it super clearly to make sure I didn’t have any issue with the pharmacy. For a health professional they are really unprofessional, refusing to give someone his medication because it’s not written the way you want it to be written is unacceptable, especially because when you go to the pharmacy for a medication you actually need it

Lots of items placed above the wrong label. You can never be sure of getting the right price at checkout without checking the barcode under the item and finding its corresponding label. Unfortunately, nothing seems to protect the consumer on this.

I walk in ther at 8:15 by 8:20 I'm served and out of ther. Best time to go is in the morning if you don't want to wait problem solved

Incredibly poor prescription service. Probably the worst pharmacy in Montreal... errors, delays of 45 minutes to 1 hour to get a prescription at the counter and even using the internet service, the order is not complete. Notice to the owner: go take a look at other pharmacies and see how they treat their customers, take some notes along the way…
