Always missing things. Bag, liquors, miscellaneous items. The quality has declined severely for years. Want medical masks to visit an elderly person. The attendant offers me the life masks. I look after it leaves and it says that it does not protect against viruses and bacteria. However, I told him that it was against viruses that I was looking for. Luckily I checked. It could kill someone or increase the chance of ruining a trip by suggesting a mask that only protects against dust. Pharmacy without medical mask, only hardware store masks like Rona. A joke.

We visited this location for the Canada post counter. It is a nice place to shop but not enough staff available in many departments and self checkouts are problematic

Pharmacist we dealt with couldn’t be more rude. I have never seen such terrible customer service. She can be heard making comments about customers to her coworkers including about elderly.

Waited on the phone for the last 19:33mins for the mail service… no response, i will have to go onsite to confirm if my delivery notice has arrived or still in transit.

It’s a large pharmacy with many products and a big parking lot. But products are overpriced compared to other pharmacies and a lot of products are out of stock when you need them. I rarely see employees working on the floor. The service for passport photos is disastrous at best. Now there is only one cashier and the rest is self-serve cashes… The service at checkout is slow!! I cannot comment on the prescription counter. However, post office always has long line ups. Employees there are not particularly friendly. Just mediocre all around!!

Terrible Pharmacy service . I asked the pharmacist for antibiotic eye drops ( no prescription required) . When questioned by the pharmacist ,he said you don’t have pink eye since you have redness in both eyes & don’t have the “symptoms” .I asked him if I could purchase the Polysporin eye drop just in case and he said NO rudely .I then went to the Walmart pharmacy just across ,and the pharmacist asked me a few questions and gave me the Polysporin Pink Eye drops right away and advised me to see a doctor if it doesn’t get better within 2 days .You can even find this medication online , so I don’t get why a pharmacist would refuse to sell it.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! Staff talk about their weekend while clients are waiting and not being served. If you walk in to pick up you meds, be prepared to wait. They will talk about a 24 hrs sticker and expect you to wait because they say they are serving regular/delivery clients. If you have them deliver, they often send to the wrong address or don’t deliver at all. When you speak to the pharmacist/owner herself, she skates around the issue but does not address that the clients waiting in store are important or a priority. She even said, “I thought you already transferred your file to another pharmacy?” with a little smirk. She also criticized other pharmacies and the way they operate. You will also have to persist to speak as she will presume to know what you are thinking or going to say and does not take the time to listen to your concerns. With a delusional pharmacist who doesn’t see or hear what is going on, save yourself the time and go elsewhere where they will welcome you and your business

Go to a different Pharmaprix if you can. The pharmacist was impolite towards us. She answered snidely when we asked her how much longer. Even though they called us to pick up the prescription an hour before we arrived. When I told her that that was rude, she denied having disrespected us until another client spoke up and took our side saying she heard what the pharmacist said. So if you go here, don’t let them talk to you however they want. In addition, the service, which used to be excellent is now slow and inconsistent.

This is my favorite pharmacy! The staff is nice, the store has lots of good products even some grocerie items.
