A very bad experience.
I enter the store to buy a new perfume, The lady, A saleswoman certainly, Does not even answer my hello, Analyzes what I am wearing from top to bottom, With a haughty look, She tells me firmly: It's what Perfume????
Given his attitude, I was content only to ask the price, And I went to Jean coutu Where I had good service and I bought the same perfume for the same price, But with much nicer service .
The last time I set foot in this Store!!!!

Very bad experience in this store. I was followed by a security guard throughout my purchases, and I don't know if it was because of my skin color, but I felt constantly being observed. I will never set foot there again.

Extremely rude & poor customer service experienced at Pharmaprix. I used the self-check out and paid for the cold and flu tablets. However, the receipt did not come out from the self-check out machine after payment. I asked a staff for help. Below is the conversation between me and the staff.
Me: Excuse me. There is no receipt coming out of the machine.
Staff: If you didn't pay, there is no receipt.
Me: I paid.
Staff: Are you completely sure?
Me: Yes I'm sure. It (the machine) said "Thank you for shopping".
The staff then opened the receipt machine and found a paper jam in the machine (as I expected). She reprinted and handed me the receipt, and said "Thank you for shopping". She did not apologise at all. She did not even check the machine before trying to accuse me of not paying! Will never shop at Pharmaprix again!

The lady working in the consulting part of the pharmacy was rude and she was not helpful at all. Even though I was feeling sick, she told me to wait and I waited for a while but no one showed up to help me
