Definitely on the lower tier of malls in Downtown, it was clean and there was a good variety of restaurants and grocery stores but seemed really empty for lunch hour on a week day....

The worse JC I ever been to! U could get in from multiple entrances but could get out only 1 direction so if ur car was parked near the entrance then go in circles to get out.

Customers are really not treated very well at Place Dupuis! Besides there is a real crime problem in this shopping center and that allows them to treat you like thieves and believe me, you don't want to experience that if you are a real customer who really wants to buy products with money that you really honestly earned: they will go to any extent and call your name in the mud! Even if ultimately they recognize that you are a real customer, that does not prevent the excuses they will say to you from being very poor compensation for the harm they will have done to you!
