Plaza Côte-des-Neiges is a big and well-kept shopping center with many stores. It is a decent place where you can find things to satisfy you. The plaza has everything like mobile and phone booth companies, clothes, groceries, an aquarium, a pet store, cinemas, a gym, a clinic, a barber salon, a jewelry store, and many more boutiques. It is a place for groceries of Asian foods, featuring a Chinese market store. There is also a Walmart and a Canadian Tire. The food court offers different cultures foods at very affordable prices from small mom and pop restaurants. The place is functional and good. However, the ongoing renovations are redesigning everything to make the mall look modern, which some feel is not necessary. A significant concern is the removal of all the benches, leaving the food court as the only place to sit. There is also worry that the renovations may gentrify the space, threatening the affordable restaurants with higher rent and possible replacement by big chain restaurants. Additionally, the signage for stores is very weak, with no information desk, which can cause visitors to wander. Despite this, some note the renovations are improving and ask for patience, thanking the ownership for making the place more beautiful.
