A small mall in the heart of Chinatown with restaurants and various shops. Good for finding items like small gifts or Korean and Japanese beauty products.

Good shop. Various choices. The entrance to the store is inside the restaurant.

They ruined this mall to make condos, which still hasn't happened. I miss this location of Restaurant Imperial.

Best part of this plaza is Coco's bakery. It's a Chinese bakery with the most delicious pork buns and donuts! Went everyday. Next door is great bubble tea and you can sit in the plaza and eat!

Very run down mall, most stores are closed or empty. Nothing is on the 2nd floor. You are better off avoiding this place in its entirety.

Came here to eat at the Lanzhou noodle...it was okay... I think Taiwanese beef noodle or Vietnamese pho tastes better. Also, the chili oil on the table does not taste like the Cantonese Chiu chou chili oil but tastes more vinegary. I am not sure what ingredients they use.The washroom is on the second floor of the mall way in the back left side....luckily it had a code to get into women's washroom. The 2nd floor is basically empty except for one shop. It was a little creepy I felt safer knowing one shop was there. However, the shop owner did not like me touching her clothing and products ( I am Asian Canadian). She let me browse for 10 minutes then basically had enough. When I went to browse through some racks of dresses she said to me " Don't touch". I wasn't sure if she was only acting that way because she was paranoid about covid and didn't want people to touch the stuff. In any event this is May 17th 2022, and practically all businesses do not act thst concerned if you touch things. I think she was just being rude....too bad considering the only people going to second floor are there to use the washroom, if she continues with her bad attitude no one will shop there. On main level is a great Korean cosmetic store...bought a few items thereThe Chinese grocery market was okay. ..ok for Chinese staples and probably convenient..but not super big

Average mall, I personally love the ambiance of it but that's likely just me. A solid mix of stores, including an imported cosmetic goods shop and a collectibles shop that isn't anything to scoff at.A good stop if you find yourself in chinatown, but not anything extremely special, and that's okay!

Chinatown business owners ensure that the streets are as safe and clean as possible. Swatow Plaza houses many shops, there may be some flats on uppee floors, and obeys Covid 19 protocols very well.

I enjoyed the area and had some very good soup. The bubble tea on the other hand needs work!

Love Montreal China town. Feels very vibrant, clean. Although small compared to some other China towns like in Toronto or New York. It doesn't overwhelm you. Great variety of restaurants to choose from and parking is abundant around.
