“I have gone to this Canada Post location multiple times for work-related post issues that required a lot of time and assistance, and the team has been amazing.
Sharmila in particular was fantastic. She did everything she could to help me, and even followed up with me on a particularly unique mailing redirect issue to make sure I was in the loop of what was going on, when the call centre gave me incorrect info.
Even with a busy line of some very rude customers, she was always kind and professional every time, helping everyone with their issues, and helping her colleagues all at once.
