“Camila is an angel! It was my first time sending a package overseas so far! She made the process so simple and less intimidating! She took the time to explain each service and show me the options. She carefully helped me pack my delivery. And it was done in less then a few minutes. Thank you so much!”

“I have gone to this Canada Post location multiple times for work-related post issues that required a lot of time and assistance, and the team has been amazing. Sharmila in particular was fantastic. She did everything she could to help me, and even followed up with me on a particularly unique mailing redirect issue to make sure I was in the loop of what was going on, when the call centre gave me incorrect info. Even with a busy line of some very rude customers, she was always kind and professional every time, helping everyone with their issues, and helping her colleagues all at once. Excellent customer service that is so greatly appreciated!”

“Post office staff and pharmacy staff are very helpful once spoken to. I get the impression that most of the staff is shy but not with each other. But once spoken to, these people are very helpful and they light up with pleasure to assist you in the best way they can!”

“Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I’ve been using this post office regularly for a year and staff is always helpful and service speed depends on the number of customers.”
