This brach has a very bad customer service. I am a new client and just opened an RBC signature account. Sent an email to the customer service representative that opened my account on Monday, and did not receive an answer after 5 business days! I had to call him thee times to tell him that I had send an email to respond. And the way he replied back is very unprofessional. Further more he seems uninterested and told me next time go online to search my own infomation. Seriously, what kind of service is that? Plus for a signature account. Futher more, requested cheques and told me to do it myself. Honestly, skip this branch or find another bank.

The wait time at this establishment is unacceptably long, significantly impacting the customer experience. Despite the staff's apparent efforts to expedite service, the efficiency of the counter operations leaves much to be desired. The lack of seating options exacerbates the inconvenience, especially on busy days like today. What should be a quick 10-minute transaction routinely extends into an hour-long ordeal. The absence of an appointment system or even basic seating arrangements is particularly concerning, as it disproportionately affects elderly customers who are compelled to remain standing for extended periods. This situation is not only inconvenient but also borders on the absurd, highlighting a serious oversight in customer care and facility management.

Le pire établissement bancaire que j'aie jamais vu de ma vie, et au Canada, je ne peux pas comprendre comment il y a une file d'attente alors qu'un des employés plaisante avec son ami tandis que nous attendons plus de 25 personnes. Le service est extrêmement médiocre et le respect fait défaut. Il est préférable de s'éloigner de cette banque et de ses employés peu respectueux.

I’ve visited the branch 6 times over the last 2 years and it’s always the same story - 30 minute wait times, inefficient staff and no accountability from RBC.They tried charging me because a wire to another RBC entity bounced as a result of an error on their side.Furthermore, The RBC call center sends you to the branch and then the branch tells you to call the call center. Additionally, the RBC website tells you that certain IDs are acceptable for confirming your identity and then the branch implements it’s own rules. Overall, the customer loses a lot of their timeYou consistently have 2 staff working one one issue with one client, 2 or managers in the background pretending to work and 15 or more customers waiting in line. Train your employees and divide responsibilities more efficiently.They told me I had to replace my card since the chip wasn’t working.. when it it was their card machine that wasn’t working.Make no mistake, they’re happy to debit the monthly account fees, some of the highest in Canada, but have no sense of customer service. I hope open banking forces them to be more competitive.I am closing my account and moving my money elsewhere (not like they care). Tired of wasting my time.

Ridiculously unprofessional manager with a ruthless smug face. Probably a misandrist sadist and enjoying watching me ask for help. I've been with this bank for 16 years only to be told that a handful of NSF fees (which I paid 45$cad for) determines my value as a customer.Furthermore I was told that the more money I hold the more I'm valued no matter how much I make all this to ask for my checks to be unfrozen a few days before 4 open days (not even immediately). This branch has no business doing customer service. Avoid if you value your self respect and don't want to be spoken to like you're trash by bank tellers.

This bank is absolute trash. They don't care about their own customers and they will do absolutely nothing to resolve issues that they themselves caused in the first place. I wouldn't feel bad if I found out that every last employee there lost their jobs and went homeless. They're all horrible humans and the world would be a better place if they didn't procreate.

Worse customer service ever! Been with RBC more than 7 years and never experienced such a loose service, the employees literally ignore people that waited on the line and doing their own thing, only one gentleman takes care of the whole clientsFirst time in this branch though ??️
