I brought the computer in for repair. Not only was it not repaired (and in the time announced), but I currently have more problems than when I dropped it off.
Reda already repaired my sister's phone screen, that's why I entrusted him with my computer, but for this point, I don't recommend it.

I repaired my iPhone screen. I went there. Reda repaired the device in 15 minutes. Reasonable price and guaranteed work!

I broke my IPhone 7’s screen just before my trip to Montreal like one of the other reviews.
After searching around I decided to save money and take it to unauthorized repair.
The place was far from the city inside a strip-mall; the guy who fixed my phone was friendly and helpful.
My phone was fixed in no time; I was quite happy to get my iPhone back to work for half of the price.
Unfortunately this was a terrible decision... you get what you pay for. The screen is.
BAD QUALITY it looks dull and it doesn’t work at times so I have to lock and unlock my phone to get it to work, at times I can’t even highlight words at all.
I’m very sad that this happened to me and I’m considering to just get a new IPhone.
I highly recommend you to take your Apple products elsewhere.

J’y suis allé pour réparer la vitre de mon iPhone 11 Pro, la personne qui était là à été très rapide et le prix était raisonnable. Arrivée chez moi, l’écran a cessé de fonctionner, j’y suis retourné le lendemain et il l’a changer de nouveau sans problème. À date l’écran fonctionne toujours.

I have personally used Reda solutions services 4 times and was impressed by the quality and speed of their service. Very professional and respectful; they were able to restore my data from my iPhone when the screen was damaged. They fixed my iPhone after it was drained in rain for few hours.I would strongly recommend using their service for any phone repair, very knowledgeable and professional and they won’t let you down!

The owner was very patient and helpful. I went in to repair my iPhone XR battery (my phone no longer charges) and he tried multiple new batteries so that I can retrieve all my data on my device. He only charged me once for the first battery. He then offered to try changing my charging port and said he would only charge me if it worked. It did not work because my phone was too damaged so I was not charged. Overall, he was very patient throughout my multiple trips to have my phone fixed and tried his best despite the level of damage to my phone — I would recommend his services.
