Their online ordering is not adapted to current needs. Their site does not offer the "pick-up in store" option, and it does not indicate anywhere that you have to place the order in store. You have to call them so they can tell you to place the order in the branch of my choice."
Furthermore, when you go to a bookstore to buy a book displayed "in stock" on their site, you are told: "we don't have it in store." No alternative is offered. So we go home to order online, only to have to call them and place the order over the phone. Their customer service is completely ridiculous!

I really like this branch of Renaud Bray! Spacious and comfortable for searching for a book, a gadget or a simple original kitchen tool. Very joyful and happy. The employees are very nice and very friendly and that is VERY important to us as loyal customers. They stay open until 10 p.m.!
