I can only say good things about this location and Venise’s help.After going back and forth with rogers over the phone, and other locations being very unhelpful, Venise was more than happy to take the time to help me with my account issue.

Ridiculously bad service - full of lies. They promised that the one time fee for new lines will be reimbursed which I paid 100$ (50$ each). Afterwords I received no reimbursement: the call center says the deal should be with the branch and the branch says call the call center... in 2022 in the middle of Canada, this is shameful!!!

I had an awful deal with them.They are a group of bad guys.They do their job as the worst as the possibility.They made a mistake and ruin my day, and not only they do not feel sorry but they also think that their mistake is a routine of daily life.I recommend seriously that do not purchase anything from them.

Representative: JacobI came here two times, once for switching from apple to the Z flip 3 then switched back because of the battery life on the z flip being really bad. I switched back to apple out of anxiety but will be going back for the S22 plus. Jacob has been nothing but helpful and patient and making sure I really take my time to experience the phones and deciding at the end of the 15 days if I was content. They’re super nice, but I do admit they should put more employees as when both representatives were busy with clients (myself included) there was a line of roughly 6 people and over the course of 30 minutes, they started to leave.But other than that I had a really good experience !
