My only complaint was that the sizing does run pretty big, so a typical medium sweater and pants looks and fit like a large. Might be best to size down unless you like baggy fit. But I just love love love the clothing styles and the fabrics are very comfy and feels great on the skin. Store is well organized and clean. The workers were friendly and assisted great in finding what we needed. A variety of clothing from men to woman, toddlers all the way down to babies. Second time shopping here and it hasn’t really disappointed

Bought a girl’s and a woman’s dress. The woman’s dress had a hole in it and I asked if she could give me a discount. She said no and said that she would order it online for me and ship it to me for free. After ringing it up, she said shipping would be $10. What a waste of time - and false advertisement.

Always visit when I am close to a Roots store. I always like their clothes and never leave empty handed.

disappointing.. I looked for 1 moment for 1 salesman...for the opening of a fitting room...and suddenly 1 saleswoman arrives from outside with drinks.
The sweater I tried had 1 snag. The saleswoman didn't even look to see if she had another one in stock. too busy on her cell phone.
this Friday there were a lot of people in St Catherine...with such attitudes sales will not increase!
