Terrible company to work with. Needed to return a $120 perfume that I bought as an 2022 xmas gift and when I went to return it in January 2023, they said "it's a new year so we cannot accept it." Like wow, really?!?! Then I chatted with another employee and she said I could return it... fast forward 4 months and I still have not received my refund nor are they responding to my emails. Not impressed at all.
