If you bought your phone and still have an effective warranty DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE and SEND YOUT PHONE FOR REPAIR INSTEAD. I bought a brand new flip less than 6 months ago. I was having issues with the screens and thinking that my warranty would be honored I went to that location be asked 400$ to change the screen!!! I told the girl what in the world and she says that I had to pay for it. Fast forward I then call Samsung Canada and explained the problem and was advised to send them the cell because it STILL HAD WARANTY!!! I don't know if the workers are pocketing the money but before anything call the customer service and they will direct you in the right direction ?

I had a fantastic experience. Sales associate Hernane ferreira was absolutely amazing, super friendly and patient. I’m happy with my Samsung Galaxy tab 10 ultra. I will definitely visit again. Cheers!

I find there’s not enough people working. At some point, there was only 2 people working, and both was occupied, I guess dealing with repairs. I waited 20-25 minutes just to return earphones.
And also, back in 2022 when I purchased my ZFold4, I had no idea that the sales person added SamsungCare to checkout. I never agreed to that! That was a little sneaky, didn’t really appreciate that.
I was since sold my phone, and went with Apple. Transparency is so key! I didn’t feel I had a good experience with Samsung unfortunately.

Very helpful and friendly staffs! Hermane and Goher were great at their jobs whenever I needed help or had questions. I've come here at least 10 times and my experience was very pleasant every time! (Twice for repairs but the rest was for product information or purchase.)

Samsung and bad faith when we criticize the house's policy on "mandatory" repairs by the company itself and its associates. Instead of selling parts for the most resourceful
I give the example of laptops, saying "it's as if the different brands don't let people add another SSD, change the RAM. Or battery. Or even clean it.
And the person answers me.
“It’s today’s world, even computers, you can no longer do it yourself, change the RAM yourself, etc.,” I told him. "No, there are only very few laptops like that. And all the others, you can always do it"
And this person replied “no, it’s like that now, they’re all united”
She should probably check instead of telling nimp. A word to the wise.

All I wanted was a samsung wall charger. Which is on display in the store but locked up, I asked an employee if he could give it to me , he said no and I had to wait in line. Why couldn't he just give it to me and then I go wait in line to pay for it?? Why wait in line , ask another employee for the product ? I walked out and never bought it. It literally was the least complicated purchase in the history of cell phone merchandise but that store made it as if I wanted to purchase a new car.

Excellent service, the staff is very attentive and they help you a lot and in the best way, it doesn't matter if you don't speak English or French, they help you and resolve your doubts or problems with the equipment 10 out of 10

"After contacting the repair service, I waited over 30 minutes before hanging up and calling back. The advisor who took my call informed me that I was not a VIP customer and that I would still have to wait. When I asked the price for changing the screen of my phone, he told me that I had to go there and that the information provided on the repair could not be guaranteed. I found this. very disappointing service, corrupt, unprofessional, irresponsible and disrespectful to customers."

Staff A little helpful about replacing my S20 Ultra's headphones/came with in box(not the Google Earbuds) that came with my phone.Told me to write my name&number on a piece of paper and he would be sure to get back to ME(when my problem could be fixed).I actually did get a call back but as of yet no earphones/ as of October 22 I got a phone call that my earphones where in Great Service!!! Took some time but no Fault of Staff. Came Back 2024 August as my New S24 Ultra was Super Slow and Goher Quickly and Accurately Diagnosed the Problem. Needed the New 5G Sim not old Sim my Phone is now over 100X FASTER ON THE INTERNET WI FI OR PHONE!!! ACCORDING TO SPEED TEST BEFORE AND AFTER!!!
