Came to repair my Flip 4, cold service, no support however he quickly rushed to show me the repair price list.Zero starI will contact the consumer protection office to file a formal complaint and I will follow up with a small claims complaint tomorrow morning.

Hello Samsung. Today (16th February) I went to buy by first samsung Phone (S24 ultra). I was using iphone for last 6 years but s24 ultra feature convinced me to switch into android. As i went into the shop i got to met a chubby black guy who was really aggressive or was on drug. I didnt notice his name but he has long hair. He seemed very racist to me i brought everything to buy a phone but could'nt get one because he was like he didnt wanna sell the phone to me. He was rushing me so i had to leave the store and had to make a choice to stay with iphone. I wonder how a company like samsung can hire this kind of people as their sales man. Even if somebody wanna buy a phone their behaviour will make them stop buying it. I am never going to that outlet ever in my life neither i will ask anybody to buy a samsung phone from that outlet. Racist behaviour and really disgusting attitude!!

my phone suddenly stopped charging on day 1 of my 4 day work trip so i brought it into the samsung store here. I was seen promptly by Pape and aj and they were both extremely helpful.Pape's empathy was very comforting in this time of distress especially given the problem arose away from home and I am leaving this city again tomorrow.Unfortunately due to my short timeline, I was unable to get my phone fixed today however they offered many helpful alternatives.Thank you again! :)

Phenomenal Service from Mister Jeremy! Had a ticket issued due to a faulty battery by Samsung Canada, called into the store, Mister Jeremy told me ''No appointments, just show up when we open and we'll take care of your phone within the day!''.Showed up this morning, dropped my phone off used my second phone, got SMS updates and when my phone was ready. Showed up to the store, kindly greeted by Jeremy he indicated that due to what was wrong they had replaced my screen/motherboard/battery all under warranty. Not a single bite/byte (lol) was lost and he made sure of it.Parking is a nightmare around Eaton, I will take the subway next time if I do have to go back. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it.Thank you Jeremy!

The worst experience I have ever had! I went there on Jan. 25th to buy a new phone. There was a big line, after around 20 minutes, it was my turn and I told him that I am here to buy a Galaxy A15 5G. I tried to explain that I could not buy it online since it won't give me the PayBright option while on the website it says you can purchase it using PayBright.It was like he wasn’t even listening to me, he was working with the computer and he didn't respond to my concerns. He just ignored my concerns and asked me do u have an account here in the store? No. So he asked for all my information including my first and last name, address, postal code, and phone number to create an account. After that, he just looked at me and told me I don't have this phone here!!!I was like, why did you take my time when you could say that at first!! You not only ignored my concerns seems like I was not talking at all, but also you wasted my time, getting my entire information to create an account to only tell me I don't have it here! Nothing else! Nothing else! Had to leave after more than half an hour for this!This is awful!In addition, why Samsung doesn’t have store stock on its website? If there were an option that I could check the store‘s availability, it would never happened to me.

I was served very well by all the employees on January 27. The manager was very attentive to me, who knows nothing about cell phones. I highly recommend this store. Excellent service from all employees despite the busyness.
