The range of wines is great, and customers can conveniently purchase a reasonably priced bottle of wine from the large selection. However, the store does have a limited selection of liquor and beer. The service from the wine consultants is good and friendly, but the cashiers can be unpleasant, ignoring customers and failing to greet or bid farewell. This lack of courtesy from the cashiers has been noted by multiple customers. Additionally, the location faces the challenge of having many homeless people right outside the entry, which the employees do not seem to address. Overall, SAQ-Saint-Denis - Rachel provides a decent shopping experience for those seeking a wide variety of wines, but the customer service from the cashiers could use improvement.
