June 30 1:57 p.m.: I was at 2204 Ste Catherine O. The cashier, a tall young man with a French accent was preoccupied sending text messages. Oops I'm here, sorry to bother you. No greetings, he already scans the 2 bottles and then points his index finger at the terminal to indicate that he must pay. Wow. I mention to him that I have a loyalty card because he still hasn't spoken to me, however he is not silent and talks about some dissatisfaction with his colleague while I put the bottles in my bag. I ask him for my invoice because he didn't offer anything. He immediately scans the next customer's items without greeting him either (like assembly line work) and without saying thank you or goodbye. It's still cheeky to claim better working conditions when this rude and careless employee is incapable of offering adequate customer service... just the basics, I wouldn't have filed a complaint! In this branch, the checkout service is ordinary, not always great, but today that's where it's getting worse.

The branch manager named Tarek did not want to put aside 5 bottles because it was too complicated for the young people the next day.
Very poor customer service and above all very arrogant when asked. If you are in customer service it is to provide service otherwise change workplaces. Especially since I usually have no problem putting money aside.
