Superb experience, I was advised by a very pleasant lady who recommended Piuze non-dosed to me for my party. Super good sparkling wine, I loved it! I recommend this SAQ which has very, very kind and helpful staff.

Small branch with a limited choice. I suggest customers make a list of alternatives because it is far from certain that they will find what they are looking for in the first place here. Otherwise, competent employees and a friendly and patient cashier.

Usually good service from the team, good recommendation from the gentleman of Argentinian origin, I believe, and another employee of Latin origin, with long hair; sorry for this summary description, but I didn't take the names down... however having been there on the evening of June 30, the "summer" team, made up of young people, is another story. Very poor service, they make faces at us when we ask questions, they refuse to answer our questions; they treat customers as if they were in their living room I quote: “yo! Hi! You can come here!” By opening a crate… What’s standard here!? It’s a state corporation! I went back to speak to a manager, total denial! I get a rather stupid response: Have you ever been satisfied when you came here? Do you have children at home? So let's see!? Why should I deal with poorly behaved children when I go to the SAQ? And if I make a complaint, take it into account, don't become condescending! Really, there is some cleaning to do there and a lot of training and supervision.

If the product you are looking for is not available, they do everything to direct you to other branches in the area, so that you can find it.

Place très decevente avec très peux de choix vous pouvez allez à d’autre succursale et trouver des bouteilles beaucoup plus intéressantes j’ai fait un tour récemment rien de particulier je me demande si ils sont en grève sinon cette succursale saq devrait fermer c’est porte !!!! Honte pour la rue Masson ils sont out les bouteilles exotiques !!!!!!!!!!!

I often order special bottles online and have them delivered to the Masson branch since it is close to me. However, every time I have to pick up my order, it's the same employee I do my (very short) transaction with and for one reason or another, he doesn't seem to like me. No hello, no smile, even when I purposely try to be polite and smile. Even once, he saw me arriving and lost the little smile he had before seeing me, as if I was coming to spoil his work momentum, while picking up an online order (I always arrive with my confirmation email ready and ID ready to show) is a task that takes no more than 2-3 minutes. I can understand if there is a rush or if from time to time we have a bad day, but this kind of exchange with this employee happened every time I went to pick up an order :(
