This is a small location for the amount of products they sell. It is a little congested and tough to walk around the isles when someone is looking at a product.
However, they do have many products on the floor. I've never missed a shade or a product size at this location. They have a variety of products for all needs.

The customer service is terrible, the staff is unfriendly, they look at you in a bad way, they talk to you in a bad way and in general the atmosphere in these Sephora stores is horrible, it is a heavy and unpleasant environment. And it is not only this store, it is in most stores in Montreal that this happens.
The customer service is terrible, the staff is very apathetic, they see you ugly, they speak ugly to you and in general the atmosphere in those Sephora stores is horrible, it is a heavy and not very pleasant atmosphere. It doesn't just happen in this store, it happens in most Sephoras in Montreal. Not to mention the prices are very high too.

Not many people in the store, I ask a saleswoman who is doing nothing if she can give me my two perfumes (which I have already chosen alone), she redirects me to a colleague who is busy. After a long wait, a consultant came to see me and gave me my two perfumes.
The two people at the checkout are really not friendly and when I ask for a gift package and samples, she folds a piece of red paper which she slips into the bag and pretends to open an empty cupboard to tell me that she doesn't have any samples (I've been going there for 2 years and in 2 years I've never had one!)
Samples are given by major brands so that customers can try the new products! And not so that the sellers keep them for themselves...
0 star service! Over $300 in purchase, no samples or gift wrap, no “goodbye”.

My recent visit to Sephora Orleans was unexpectedly pleasant. A guy shopping for my niece in Junior High, I appreciated the store's clean, organized layout and the welcoming staff.
Emily, a vibrant and friendly employee mentioned she was new and impressed me with her quick yet thorough product knowledge and enthusiasm. In our brief interaction, she provided helpful insights about gift cards and beginner makeup kits without making me feel out of place. Her grasp of current trends was particularly useful.
When I inquired about sending digital gift cards due to the ongoing postal strike in Canada, Emily efficiently brought in another colleague to assist ( I believe her name was Christina). This seamless teamwork showcased Sephora's commitment to customer service.
Even though I didn't make a purchase, I felt like a valued guest throughout my short visit. The combination of premium products and excellent staff has convinced me to choose Sephora over cheaper alternatives when I'm ready to buy. This location deserves its 5-star rating, and the dedicated employees certainly merit recognition for their efforts. Perhaps a holiday bonus is in order? Thank you, Sephora, for making gift shopping surprisingly enjoyable, even when just browsing. Nick

I would say that in the past I've always found it to be a decent location. However the last couple of times I've been I can't say I've been super impressed. A couple of months ago I was up sold so hard I was sure she was trying to get rid of overstocked product. And this time, even worse, today was 15% off if you're a VIB member, and she charged me full price. I had to point out that I was VIB even though she had my account right in front of her. And then I had to ask her if I had any points that I could trade in, which in the past the people at the cash always pointed out themselves. It just feels like they're doing the bare minimum possible.

Honestly I never do this but today really pissed me off. I went to Sephora to try and buy a specific perfume, when I asked for help one of the ambassadors told me she couldn’t help me because she was busy doing something with the racks. She told me to go find somebody else who is free. I use to work in retail and if somebody asked for help while I’m busy, I would give them two choices:
1. Drop what I’m doing and immediately help them
2. Ask for another ambassador to help.
I’m down to train your ambassadors to give the best retail experience.
