The Frappuccino chestnut praline, does not taste like that at all. I keep buying it for years me and my friends, a lovely Christmas drink of theirs.Also a few days in Rockland Starbucks with my friend and it was delicious!They kindly redo it hopefully better, but, it came the same ????If she didnt mention there was coffee I wouldn't have known there was in. Mostly defently pamp fake coffee, not real espresso shot.I am disappointed with their recipes. And I am not the only one.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Sephora left much to be desired. The service I encountered was shockingly lacking. Upon entering, I found the staff engaged in their own conversations, making it difficult to get their attention or assistance. I had to actively seek out help and literally chase down an employee just to inquire about a product I needed. The overall atmosphere suggested a deteriorating level of customer care, leaving me feeling undervalued as a shopper. This disappointing experience certainly prompts me to consider exploring alternative beauty retailers where customer service remains a priority.

It has everything you need, but you’d better be showing up in the middle of the day if you don’t want to descend into chaos. I would rather any other Sephora, even though their service is lovely. Really it’s a problem of one Sephora for most of Montreal.

I purchased recently from Sephora , noticed that the service has deteriorated they don't give testers so you can check the color especially if it's a foundation or a concealer all you can do is place the bottle next to your face and guess the color. their employees are not knowledgeable about the products they offer nor do they know their places!On top of that you have to wait at the cashier they ask if you'd like to have a paper bill or by email always opt for a paper receipt they don't know how to send it by email had to call them back and wait and wait!!!! Really bad service, I used to enjoy buying from Sephora now I'll look elsewhere

I had a rough time at Sephora recently and felt the need to share. I went in to test some makeup, and it took me two hours to decide on a purchase. The supervisor unexpectedly commented on how long I was there, which I found intrusive.To top it off, when I was leaving, she checked me as if I were a thief. It was embarrassing and hurtful, as I hadn't done anything wrong. the supervisor, were rude throughout.No one should feel judged or mistreated while shopping.

I usually like to go to this Sephora instead of the one downtown because it is less crowded, even though it's smaller. Except last time, I did not enjoy my visit because I felt the security guard was hovering around me too much, and the staff kept insisting on trying to help me even though I told them I wanted to browse first. Maybe I was not dressed nice enough for them so they thought I would steal? I felt uncomfortable and left feeling disappointed I couldn't shop as usual.

I guess they have a lot of kids coming in, but they should not make everyone feel like they are about to steal or are returning fraudulent products. Insane amount of time to return a product that was bought two days ago, which shows on the receipt. Because people have jobs. Ill go downtown or laval. Thanks for nothing!

Super friendly staff - I wanted to do an exchange and they didn't have the product I wanted so the sales associate took the time to order it online for me. Store is very clean and organized. One of the nicest Sephora's I've been to!

I went for advices concerning a face scrub and a hair pommade and I arrived 10 mins before the store closed but a very nice short-dark hair person took the time to help and gave really good recommendations (if you’re their boss and you see this give them a raise)

My wife loves buying items from Sephora but today wasn’t a good day for us we have been through the worstest experience that we have had in our entire life from the customer service (agent Stephanie she has green tattoo in her arm) we asked her about an item she ignored us and left we thought that she didn’t hear us but when we asked here for the second time she did the something. So I find that is unprofessional from her. And i wish that never happen again in the future to the customers

Went there to buy and deliver an item for doordash. The girl there has no idea how is works so she called the manager, unfortunately the manager was even more disrespectful and stupid. Maybe that's how they were taught to treat men. Very pathetic

Staff are always friendly. Shout out to Danae, she was helpful and courteous and knowledgeable of the products. Friendly, bilingual with a beautiful smile. Keep up the good work!!

I came right at opening and the manager was super rude. She told me to wait until she fully opens the door and I thought she was done so I headed in because I was in a time rush but she was like “oh wow can you just wait.” She clearly knew I only spoke English and still continued speaking to me in French and rolled her eyes. Felt humiliating. Worst Sephora experience I’ve ever had. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the other workers were absolute angels.
