Honnêtement c’était ma première expérience en magasin et j’ai été déçu. Les présentoirs sont degeulasse, il manque beaucoup de produits, ils n’ont rien en stock … par contre les vendeuses m’ont aidé sans que je le demande et elles étaient très gentille. J’ai dépensé plus de 200$ et je n’ai pas eu d’échantillons et j’étais trop gêné pour en demander!

My makeup service was not good, I know there is a time limit but don't rush, I was more beautiful without makeup... my mother and my boyfriend found it scandalous. Literally a "circus clown makeup"... I should have found which makeup artist looked the most like me before making an appointment.

Unable to use my e-gift card. They don't want to scan it claiming that they don't accept paper formats when it says on it that it can be exchanged in store. Nobody knows how it works.

I have rarely seen such a disgusting store. Displays are dirty, products in displays are dirty, testers are dirty or missing. The displays are also empty. The floor is dirty. And we will come back for customer service which is cold or non-existent.
