Told me come at seven in the morning anytime. I came left the car at 7 am, called me back at 2pm to take the car because he have no spots. All this for wheel balancing, and no place during the coming week. Thanks google for letting me scream here.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this garage recently. When my tire got a hole in it, I initially felt somewhat relieved to be near this garage, thinking they could provide quick assistance. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Even though it was an emergency, they outright refused to help, saying they were too busy to look at a single tire.
I understand that they may have a busy schedule, but I was shocked that replacing winter tires on luxury cars in October was prioritized over helping someone who was truly stranded and unable to drive. This wasn’t just inconvenient—it felt like a disregard for basic customer service and empathy.
To make things worse, there’s no parking in the surrounding area, so leaving my car to seek help elsewhere was practically impossible. I had expected a business like this to be there for customers in need, but it seems they’re more interested in routine appointments than actual emergencies.
It’s frustrating and discouraging to see businesses operate like this. If they can’t or won’t help in genuine emergencies, it really makes you wonder about their priorities. If you’re looking for a reliable garage that’s actually willing to lend a hand in a tough situation, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

i went to the shell to get my tires fixed due to a slow air leak.. i seen a screw in my tires so i brought it in for a repair .. Mr.Dominic and his mechanic proceeded to removing the screw and did their repair .. i did not drive my car the following day and when i went to use my car both tires were flat .. i went back to the shell to see what went wrong and he said he never work on my car and that he did not service me.. i brought back the bill of sale witch was over 140$ he then did not believe me so he went to view his cameras to see that indeed it was my car that was matching the bill.. he then wanted to charge me an additional cost to see what the problem was... i went to another garage and got both tires fixed for 40$ (the leak came from the same hole he allegedly fixed) .. this place is a scam and a rip off also has very poor customer service!

WORST GAS STATION - TO AVOID.
I come to fill up with the communauto card, he fills me up and puts in the most expensive fuel even though I want regular fuel. We point this out to him and we get hurt.
When it was time to pay, he told us that the communauto card did not work at his house and that we had to pay with our credit cards. I pay with my card and ask him for the invoices, he tells me that he can only provide me with my card receipt (not valid for communauto reimbursements).
After several calls for 2 days to get someone on the phone to obtain a detailed invoice:
- sometimes it picks up and hangs up
- as soon as we speak in French it hangs up
- as soon as we speak in English it hangs up
- once we even had the right "I don't have time for you"
Unable to reach anyone, this is unacceptable. The service is terrible if we can talk about service.

I've been going to Dominic Shell for years for my car maintenance, excellent service. They do their best to retain me as a customer so I remain a customer. Honest mechanic, fast service, my vehicle is well-maintained there.

They have always given me honest and timely service. I have had many tire and oil changes done here and, a few times, larger issues fixed. When they cannot service the car that day, they let me know.

Mechanical emergency: my wipers stopped working on the highway. Decarie during a rain flood.The three mechanics were of no help. They tell me that they have a wait of 8 to 10 hours to give me more information. The little white-haired one with glasses was Passive-aggressive. I understand that I don't have an appointment and that I'm a woman, but answering my questions by cutting me off, with a bad attitude and with arrogance was not necessary.RUN FROM THIS PLACE = verbally aggressive men.

In the passed ive gone for simple things, oil change, tire change nothing has ever been wrong. I go to have my winter tires put on very early in the morning just to be told it can't be done without a "wheel lock key" which has never been mentioned the passed times I've gone to get my tires changed (from summer to winter and vice versa) I also never put wheel locks on my car. Now I'm being told it can't be done by them or by anyone else without this key that I don't have. My question is, how did they change my tires in the passed then? I haven't done anything different. Not to mention the guy was rude and not helpful at all. I kept trying to ask him questions and he wasn't having it. Terrible, never going back there. It's unfortunate cause it is close to where I live but they aren't worth the headaches.
