Very large sports and apparel store in the downtown encompassing multiple floors. Pretty much all sports recognized here with equipment and a ton of emphasis on apparel. Frequent sales can be found in all areas. Good idea to check the website for sales as this store is so large.

I don’t usually leave reviews as I know how important it is to the store but this time it is supposed to be reviewed about this location . Initially the staffs didn’t try to attend me . Few mins later I approached them , their attitude was so rude and they were showing the shoes on the flow and before I ask the question they left . They were not aware of the product specifications at all . Not ever gonna recommend this place .

These guys are not serious about their stringing service. Every time I get a racket strung here, there are crossover around the frame. They also cut corners as they don't pull and hold all strings properly during the stringing process which results in lower tension in the racket than what was requested. My racket which was supposed to be strung with 27 lbs tension sounds like 22 lbs.

James in the roller blade department was super helpful and patient. Also the store is very impressive and has a huge variety of products.

This review is specifically for Lucca, in the shoe dept. At a franchise like this a lot of employees aren't that helpful / knowledgeable. But Lucca did very well answering a lot of questions, following up, and promptly getting merchandise. I really feel this employee get a raise and praise.

Great selection of stuff but most importantly the staff know their thing. Generally really helpful people in most departments who have the right mix of giving you your space as well as giving you helpful advice when you ask for it.

This is the best place to find a variety of shoes in Montreal. Also, I met the best salesperson here. @Julien is professional and always smiled at my capricious requests. Thanks to him, I was able to find the perfect gift!

I went in looking for a pair of new shoes for the winter time and was greeted by the warm smile of Julien! He was very knowledgeable on which pair would be the best for this time of year and I was able to leave that day with an amazing new pair of shoes and a great experience !

Just dealt with Ange, a manager at this store to clarify a matter on our bill. She was super helpful and super professional. Will definitely shop there again when we're back in Montreal.

Very nice place with friendly staffs. The only problem is that the service can be slow and it can be difficult to find help as they are extremely understaffed.
