Horrible Company and worst customer service I've ever experienced. Basically stole my money, package was lost and they refused to help and told me to deal with it myself. I called the postal service and they said the merchant just has to contact them and they are more than happy to issue a claim. Ssense still refused and did not do anything.

I placed an order for a pair of women's size 8 Converse. I am delivered size 8 men, so 10 women. I was told to return the box and place a new order. What I do, I get men's size 8 again. The error comes from Ssense but no commercial gesture is offered to restore the situation. An error that occurs twice in a row is a sign of poor logistics management. I strongly advise against placing an order on their site, in any case especially not for converse!

Strange concept of a clandestine boutique when you are there... Without an appointment with a "stylist" (let me laugh) you don't enter. We had an appointment. and it's a very robotic service.

This place is quick to take your order and leave you with zero customer service. Very poor service after purchases. Also they change their prices randomly something could be on sale at 1PM and at 5PM change to regular price and then at 2AM be on sale again. Terribly poorly run business and service. Also they carry the same styles year to year and when one goes on sale they only put the older style numbers on sale and not the newer style numbers ie ones that start with 24 but it’s the exact same product. No change in colour or style or fit. The same shoes just the new batch. What a garbage place to shop. Zero stars! Going back to holt renfrew they are just as bad but at least we can go in and fix our problems these guys suck

Terrible customer support. I return the items and never got my $600 refund. The response from Ssense representative was that they never received the items. Never buy from this company!

Long time online shopper of this website.7 years ago when I first started shopping with ssense, they have the best customer service. Fast shipping, quick responses and reasonable price.Since 2023, the company has gone down hill. Shipping takes forever, like 5 days on average to have the shipment ready to ship from warehouse. Customer service responses use to be fast, efficient and personal. My last request took them 5 days to give me a generic template responses with no indication that they actually read and understand the issue.Just look at their responses to bad reviews here on Google reviews, typical generic responses instead of genuine replies.Returns used to be refunded within 1 to 2 days but the last time took 14 days.Worse of all, the prices of items online keep changing up and down. Sounds unethical practice to me.After 7 years of being a loyal customer, I’m steering away from ssense and going to other stores like Holt Renfrew and/or Nordstrom USA as they have much better services.It was fun doing business with you the past 7 years. But not anymore!

0 stars - the most terrible shopping experience ever!I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes and got only 3 of them, not being notified in advance and not having a chance to choose something else instead.The money was refunded, but the shipper forgot to mention that the total price of the order changed, so I needed to pay extra taxes for just nothing (worldwide shipping). In addition, the order was sent in two weeks instead of 7 days, I was waiting for the e-mail that delivery guy has broken his unicorn and all my pairs of shoes were burned in the volcano or something, but I just decided to submit the refund.Moving further - after submitting the refund, I can see the order was returned to the shipper (SSENSE) over 10 days ago by DHL tracking number, but for the whole week, I've been trying to contact any support team member to get any update on the current status of the return. No nothing (no money refunded, no status updates)No help, just endless questions about the order number/return number via e-mail and online chat on the website.Terrible service (support/packaging departments).Personal advice - pay extra and order from the original website, you'll have the emotional balance with you :)

Very disappointed from a company with such potential. One of the worst customer services I ever experienced. Had 3 different orders worth more than 2k $ that I still haven’t received. 2 orders weren’t delivered and one order said it was delivered but I received nothing. The earliest order was made 2 months ago. Reaching out to a customer representative is very difficult with waiting approximately 1hour over a call or even by talking to an agent by chat. Agents also have limited knowledge.Again, very disappointed, such a waste of time to follow-up with no apparent results as well as waste of money without receiving the goods. It’s one of the best online retailers (ONLY WHEN EVERYTHING GOES WELL) and one of the worst when you face issues (which is very common).

Maybe instead of answering google reviews you could answer the customer care service phone.It must be horrible working for customer care in your business because the experience is very frustrating and time consuming and it’s your employees who must pay the cost.
