I ordered a book which was $45 and another $45 for delivery, the overseas postage is high but I ordered anyway. The ad said the book was signed by the author and did not mention condition which I assumed was new.The book arrived in poor condition, the cover had a tear in it and the edges were dented. The condition is used / ex display. The book also isn't signed.I cannot return the book because I am in the UK so not worthwhile.I got off lightly because I've ordered prints overseas before and had to pay customs fees. Imagine ordering a print, paying high postage, customs etc and then receiving something in less than perfect condition.I emailed Station 16 a week ago and no response received so if they pop up with an excuse below this review you can ignore it!
