Have been buying from this shop for more than 25 years. Things all went well since no problem with delivery or product quality.
Recently there is a quality problem with a small product. Brought it to the shop for their feedback. The owner (i think cause he has been there for years ) attitude was quite shocking and rude, does not want to know anything about it saying i dont know what you did to it.
Quite clear that this problem should not happen if quality is decent and this attitude he has even he knows i am a regular one. I dont ask for favor, just what fairness
I would not recommend this boutique to my people. This is only a small product and i can imagine for a bigger product
I would travel a bit further for another boutique since there is no product standing behind standing at this boutique ... !
Called structube customer service. They said if you ordered online but received at this boutique you have to deal w them.
So the boutique is the customer service itself !!

I purchased a table and chairs and one chair was delivered with split wood. I have provided images of the actual defective item plus screenshots of the defective items from your PDF you sent to me. You guys have dragged the issue out for weeks and I’m still sitting on the floor. You have now spent all the kindness and patience I had with your company. I will never, and will tell anyone I know, never to do business with your company, ever. I can say Structube has done literally EVERYTHING not to solve this problem quickly and efficiently.
I hate your company for leaving me on the floor like a fool in front of my family for three weeks.
You have lost a customer and hopefully many more with your useless customer support.

The worst experience I had buying several pieces of furniture from them, I receive furniture with drawers that don't open, I had to make several calls, each time someone tells you to call another...and the last one tells you we're going to check it and we'll call back, no call back....you'll call back and still the same story...in the end he agrees to change the furniture.... but he asks you to bring the furniture back to the store and go get the new furniture..... and the best thing ever.... in the end he brings you a bad piece of furniture....I asked for a coffee table replacement...his delivery man takes the table and leaves me a box.....I open the box I find a TV stand instead of a coffee table....when I ask for the replacement they told me you have to wait another 7 days to get your table because they only make one delivery per week.....because of their incompetence I am forced to stay without a table....I advise against it highly this store

A very nice furniture store at good prices. I take my hat off to those who arranged the furniture in the store because it gives a very beautiful look from start to finish. It's worth taking a look. Lots of interesting things to see and maybe buy.

Worst quality I've seen! Wood does not exist! The majority of items are made of MDF! I say that more than mediocre compared to the quality/price (fabrics, MDF, nails, etc. after-sales services!)

Every item we received had a defect. Manager tried to convince us the items are fine or we can fix them instead of replacing them. Still waiting on an item for over 4 months. This store needs better quality furniture.

The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable of what was available and weren’t very helpful. Which is fine if you prefer to shop undisturbed. Some cute furniture and accessories but is more style over substance. Lots of personality but the quality wasn’t where I thought it would be. Perfectly fine for students and people starting out, or people on a budget who might want to find some fun pieces outside of IKEA.

Terrible experience with them. We bought 6 chairs ( Louis ) with the linen fabric. The quality of the fabric is terrible as it can not be cleaned. We couldn’t clean it so we contacted customer service with just a picture and they got back to us saying you have used the wrong method ( without knowing or asking what we did!) so it’s not covered by Structube and we will not help you. I told them this is not how you should deal with your customers and I won’t come back. Their answer was its your choice!
