Good morning,I very rarely go to your service points for several reasons. But don't worry if it really doesn't work!I ordered 2 rice bowl trios with biscuits and beverage, $41 are you going crazy? We were served half-empty bowls of rice. A bowl of rice with barely 3 micro spoons of rice, I don't understand the madness. We took the crispy chicken and bacon bowls. We were served chicken, barely reheated, it was cold and soft. I took the trouble to ask the waiter to cook it twice but it was cold and soft, the bacon didn't. not even cut into pieces, they served us two slices of direct bacon in a half-empty bowl. I live 2 minutes from the restaurant by the time I get home, it couldn't have changed that much in the dishes. Then the highlight of the show is your biscuits which are clearly not fresh, they were hard and dry. I want to believe that there is inflation but people are laughing at $41 and we barely had anything to eat, it was of poor quality and the quantity is simply absurd! I am angry and very dissatisfied. I can understand that the biscuits harden but the chicken (crispy) which was cold and soft then the quantity which is a children's portion. It just doesn't work if you're charging such a high price to at least try to make it edible.

Usually I have decent service.I always order the same thing online.Today, the employee didn't heat the steak ?. So the steak was not cooked. Very poor service. I won't be going back to this one again, especially at the price a Subway sub costs.

Service and food are good, but very expensive. I went to accompany a person in a wheelchair and found that the vestibule was very small and the second door is on the side! If the waitress hadn't come to help us, it would have been impossible to get in. VERY BAD design. It would certainly not pass the OPHQ recommendations. The layout should be upgraded as quickly as possible!!!

J’ai habituellement un bon service à cet endroit, or hier c’était le chaos. Je fais ma commande en ligne à 9h00 le matin sur l’application SUBWAY. Ma commande est confirmée et mon heure de cueillette est le 31 décembre à 17h00. Selon l’horaire sur la porte et en ligne, le restaurant ferme seulement à 18h00, je suis ainsi dans les temps. Je ne reçois aucun appel et reçois un courriel à 16h45 qui me dit que ma commande est prête. Travaillant à proximité, je me présente à cette même heure, mais la porte est barrée. Je cogne, l’employé m’ignore alors j’appelle, et obtiens la ligne seulement qu’à 17h00. L’employé me dit que ma commande n’est pas faite, car ils ferment à 17h..? Un appel pour m’en aviser, c’était impossible? Cet employé a confirmé ma commande et ne l’a pas fait, car l’heure de cueillette était après la « soi-disante » heure de fermeture. Je serais venu chercher ma commande plus tôt si j’avais su, or selon l’horaire en ligne et sur la porte, c’était indiqué 18h. Un réel manque de professionnalisme. Je comprend que l’employé puisse fermer plus tôt à 17h30… Mais 1h30 de temps de fermeture? C’est douteux comme service. L’employé ne semblait pas au courant des mesures de remboursement et ne semble habitué, car au lieu de barrer les portes à 17h30 pour fermer le magasin à 18h, il barre les portes à 16h30. Bref, je suis très fâché et c’est un manque d’organisation. Si j’étais la gérante du restaurant, je surveillerais l’employé qui travaillait la journée du 31 décembre, car il a travaillé plutôt mollement…

J'ai perdu ma pause à faire mon sandwich pour me dire à la fin que la machine ne marche pas alors je peu pas manger rien et ne me laisse même pas mon sandwich car c'est leur erreur de machine vraiment nul

Very dissapointed of this subway restaurant. We came here with my friends and after ordering our sandwiches we asked if we can use toilet to wash our hands, the workers said that there is two bathrooms, one for employes and the other one is for clients, but they lost keys from clients's bathroom, so they just apologized and said that they can really do anything to help us to wash our hands, hope nobody goes here to eat with dirty hands, since they cannot "help you at all". Disgusting experience. Never come back here!
