One thing I dont like is that the receipt does not show the exact information of what you bought with the price. If you buy apples for examples, it says fruit.

Most of the stuff they sell is expired. This is July 2025 and I saw a product that I was about to buy that had a Best Before date of 5 December 2022. Yes, 2022. I showed it to the cashier and they just casually put it aside.
Not to mention so many of their products don't even have a Best Before date.

Prices going higher like crazy compared to other stores , fish meat chicken not eatable. Lot of products already expired . All vegetables and fruits are very bad quality. Overall very bad store .

Be very careful when buying food from this place. Most of their items are expired. It is truly a Health Canada concerns. An inspector should come to this store and inspect. Drinks, meat and other items are expired and not safe for consumption. I inderstand your primary concern is making money but putting people’s health at risk by selling rotten, expired food is being ignorant. Kindly trow out your expired items.

It is my first visit to the aforementioned place: with an abundant assortment of varied merchandise, from bottled, canned, legumes, meats (fish, pork, beef, seafood, legumes, etc. etc. In total, it is complete.

This place is good but be very careful with buying their meat. The last time my mother and I bought chicken to cook Sunday dinner, when we woke up in the morning, the entire fridge smelt like death. We had to throw it away and I never bought meat from there again even their vegetables are a little iffy

Great selection. Good prices. Friendly staff. Unbelievable selection of herbs and spices and every kind of masala blend that you can imagine. Pots and pans and other kitchen supplies sold in the back. You can also buy uncooked beans and lentils in huge bags. Mostly South Asian food, but a good supply of African foods as well, as well as Mexican foods.
