I made an order online and I received an email saying that I could come to pick it up today and the store was closed.. there was this sign in the door, I tried to call them twice and they were picking up the phone and after a hi, they were hanging out the phone… last week I went to the store to exchange a necklace for another item similar price and the guy that works there was forcing me so much to get another one very expensive..

I almost lost one of my necklaces at the store, but Anthony was very helpful in helping me finding it. The problem was solved very quickly, and he even gave me a gift in return. Very appreciated the help, and would definitely purchase here again.

Bad bad bad. User experience of their website is not good because says in stock so you purchase the items and once at the store they tell you one is not here and comes from a warehouse and there's nothing they can do not even refund you have to wait till the item comes or buy in double. Please avoid, the staff is egoistic except this kind woman who knew her stuff. The guy should not work there.

Waited 1 hr on a Saturday when it was clearly saying opening hours is at 10 am. Store is closed till 11 am and left still closed.

I enter to the store going to buy a gift, the two sales person are talking, gossiping, no hi or no acknowledgement , I walk few times needing help, they don’t even bother to stop and come help ! I decided not to bother them and left and got my gift else where. wow what a service! if i can give zero star i would !

Terrible service! After ignoring me for the full 10 minutes of me being in the store, I asked one lady about a necklace I saw ON SWAROVSKI'S site and all three of them told me it didnt exist, and one of them said that I must have seen it from pandora... I went home and looked it up and that necklace definetly exists and it can even be picked up in that store ?. Never coming back here again, go to Anjou instead!

I went to the store to buy rings, Sam, Élodie and Férial helped me find the right rings, I had amazing customer service and felt like a prince and would LOVE to come back!!
