Horrible service, they don't have trained staff, they don't even know what they are working on, they treat customers disrespectfully, they are racist, there is a girl who is Latin and Canadian, this is not the first time she treated the customers in a terrible way. Arrogant, I have been a customer of the bank for 5 years and to this day they remain the same, the place stinks, they forget that they are there to provide us a service because they are employees of the bank and the customers treat us in a disrespectful manner as a customer, this girl should not be at the bank today, girl did not want to serve me and was rude to me. I think they lack good training and I will always speak I complain badly about the bank until someone comes along who should put things in order and I will complain directly to the general manager for the lack of respect with which she treats me towards customers.

Customer service on the phone 0 I spoke with a woman she thinks she's on reality TV no respect Td in general is an excellent bank but not this branch it's other things are generalizing the few people beat her who works hard

This is a brand with a very great customer service attitude...1. Change a customer's appointment schedule at the last minute without notice. Who informed you? not me, not my responsibility.2. Arrogant attitude towards client, it seems like you need us but we don't need you.3. "Physiognomy" - Maybe it's because I dress too simply.In the past, I really liked TD bank, So I chose to create account for my child and I also want to invest for my child.But now I should choose another bank.

The worst of the banks, I accompanied my son to make an international transfer of almost 5,000 CAD and the bank employees intentionally omitted to enter the ABA and SWIFT data that can only be a fraud since the bank employees know that to A transfer is the most important thing because otherwise the money is lost and the bank employees do it intentionally and it is a fraud, also without being rude and discriminating against people who do not speak English or French well, it is definitely the worst of the banks and their employees of that branch without criminals who commit fraud against those who make international transfers, we are going to sue the bank and investigate the employees who should go to jail.

I hate that this is the closest TD Branch to me. Half the time only 1 ATM is working and the other times the ATMs dont have cash or are unable to accept deposits. I’ve been with TD for more than a decade and have never had poor experiences at a branch but this one definetely takes the cake. Wait lines are long and the hired security is often times rude. Avoid this branch!

Don't use the international transfer of TD, 2 of my last transfers were returned with all the fees and 2 times the exchange rate. The overall service of this branch is good, but the international transfer department is so bad. The worst service I had in my life every industry combine. I prefer burning my money than dealing with them.

I was waiting for more than five minutes and I was at the head of the line…one was having lunch at the window the director was training a guy one went behind and never get back and the others were speaking and chatting… I’m sorry this is a big NO this is not even a bank what levelsThis is different from the other TD branches I always had great and wonderful experiences with TD BUT THIS ONE WITH THOSE ( workers ) NO WAY YOU BETTER CLOSE AND SEND EVERYONE HOME!!

This is my third TD branch since I switched to them all of them being great. While my interactions at this branch outside simple transaction (none business related) are rare, they've always been positive. In the last week I've received an email pointing out an (obvious and overdue) account type change recommendation, fixed a longstanding (but unknown) problem with my card in a few minutes (very late that day) and just today they made a one time exception for a mistake of mine that saved me some headaches. At time of review there's some Covid-related annoyance (4 person max inside?) so, there's that to keep in mind as there is a possible wait period outside. Won't hold that against them though!
