Services hiding the most important conditions in the event of dissatisfaction with the service or it is not the right time you wish to return the service., bad news a contract signed minimum 2 years you see the type no chance of canceling otherwise respect your budget after 5 months loss of job for them it's non-negotiable you signed they are responsible for you until the end of the contract finally you really can't pay their problems they add non-payment fees yet it's an unforeseen event in your journey and your beautiful explained see even do the best thing make an agreement Well no see you have to pay in full on 3 payments within 30 days sincerely a service at first glance seems satisfactory, you just get to know the company of their true colors and ended up realizing that respect for the customer will be given to you only if you meet their expectations and not your expectations and the customer service is a poor method with their representatives who are barely able to speak French, you end up with that hears half of their conversations and calls to resolve a situation they end up giving you a tour of the entire Telus team who work from their couches at home it's quite ordinary far from being impressive and without value their.promotions you attract but in fact they keep you on a leash with their damn 2 year contract it's like a social welfare income that goes to buy a package of meat and no specials on site end up buying your package a cost price for the other 29 days of the month your less than nothing no cursed advantage a team of sharks

Visited this Telus store on Black Friday and was disappointed by the lack of efficiency. Staff were engaging in lengthy conversations with some customers, delaying service for others. On such a busy shopping day, a quicker, more focused approach would be appreciated.

NEVER RENT A PHONE FROM TELUS!!!!!!!!!!!! It costs me $450 x 2 cell phones!!! This is far from a bargain! Customer service won't do anything and threaten me with going to class.Scenario: We changed companies because I did not have cellular networks at my workplace. I went to see Telus in store to better understand the return of my cell phone and the deadline for the return. In no case did the TELUS employee tell me that I had to return the phone before having my line transferred. So I bought a new cell phone with another company and had my line transferred. When I went to see Telus to make the return, I was told that it was impossible and I had to pay $450 per cell phone.No one warned me before! It now costs $900 and we have been with TELUS for 10 years!!! I do not recommend!!!!!

Giovanni Camilien's customer service was excellent in all aspects. He is a reliable representative and portrays a very good image of the Telus company. I have been a former Fido customer for several years and I can say, without hesitation, that thanks to Giovanni, I am a new Telus customer. He knows his work and demonstrates a lot of professionalism in what he does. I hope that many customers like me will have it to help them, because they will not be disappointed!

Do not let the stars not fool you. I will explain as I go further in the review.My day started off with me realizing that I am getting ripped off for paying 115$ for an iPhone 12 and 15 GB.After calling the Call Center, based overseas, and taking 20 mins to inquire about a better offer. Not only was the sound quality unbearable because the call was travelling the Atlantic Ocean, but I couldn't reach a solution. I will quote "We cannot compete with our competitors". After having compared an alternative option.I decided to go to the mall and trade back my phone to get a better offer. Despite being incredibly busy, a sales associate with the initials P.M. approached me and inquired about my request. After having explained the situation, he stopped and began researching a better alternative.With simple questions like, "Where do you work", the gentlemen found the absolute best option for me, with three times the data, and a new phone for 30% cheaper.This gentleman and his manager G, have been the best support and sales associates I have seen in a very long time. The process nearly took two hours but they got it there. I cannot thank them enough. If you are in the Eaton Center, ask about either of them.Nevertheless, there was still a 100$ activation fee, considering I remained in the same company, which I still don't understand. Thoughts Telus?The moral of the story is, PM and G might be the best associates you have on your team. (expecting to hear back about a Bonus)Please figure out what this 100$ activation cost is for because I ain't a new customer. To clients, I seriously hope you get an agent in North America if you have an issue.

Giovanni and Virgiglio were both incredible. They made getting a new phone a genuinely pleasant experience and were extremely helpful. They answered any questions I had, were very professional and did everything with a smile. Honestly made my day so much better --- I hope I always get to deal with them. Such a great experience. understaffed - stupid security system which interrupts service every time a new customer wants to come in...i feel for the service staff, they can't do their job properly resulting in poor service experience.
