Very good service from the sales team, very knowledgeable people, they were able to answer all of my questions and concerns about inquiring a Tesla. They offered me to test one out, amazing experience. Service advisors are very professional and definitely know what they are talking about. Makes you feel safe bringing your car in there.

Went to try a model 3. The service was great, they explain the basics of the car with you and let you go on a test drive by yourself, no pressure. For me the car sold it by itself. Its no a dealership but a service center. One week later I went out to buy a used model 3 somewhere and called them to update the ownership of the car. They told me what I needed to do, sent an email and I just had to reply with the necessary information to start thr transfer process.

Very poor service, lack of knowledge, they charged me for the resetting the screen. Which you can do by yourself at home, giving lame excuse that they found apple air tag inside which cause the issue, Honestly apple air tag is still there when they handed over the vehicle. Screen is working fine.Stupid technician, illiterate people who don’t have knowledge about technology.

Very bad experience. Maybe they are doing like that, maybe it's only Tesla Laval doing that. 1. They ask you check the car by yourself. No check list, no person with you to explain to you. No one tell you you should have what kind of part. 2. They asked you to read the contract and signed by yourself. When you finish signing, go to their counter to final the sale. 3. They didn't put adaptor. And they refuse to bring it to you. You have to go there to pick it up. They called me and refuse to send the adaptor to me. So my points is if the car don't have any battery, how the client can come by the car. Are you going to pay the uber or taxi? They answer no one pay for it. And It's their fault didn't put the part in the car, it's their fault didn't prepare a check list or someone to verify. And you need to pay for their fault. They are keeping saying how much i can save on the phone when i asked them to send the adaptor to me. Please, Tesla insurance is around 1000$ more expensive than oil car. The repair cost is much higher than oil car. If you don't explain the contract, i'm ok. But be sure you didn't missing someting with the car.

I always have great experience in this shop. The sales team is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the service department is very profession and friendly. Making owning a Tesla a very present experience.

I am happy with Tesla car. However:I am disappointed with the current quality of the sales advisors compared to 2021. They seem unaware of various inquiries I’ve made and have difficulty providing accurate financial calculations. This has made me feel uncomfortable during the interaction.In light of this, I plan to visit Laval Tesla in the next couple of days, hoping for a better experience and improved customer service.

Not the same as a regular dealership. I showed up at 8:00pm thinking all dealerships close at 9pm (not so) anyways sales guy informed me they close earlier than Honda. Live and learn, so expect to do your own research on all features of Tesla yourself. (Generational change right there!) staff are knowledgeable but are really busy here. Don’t expect the red carpet cause it’s more of a self serve atmosphere. Free Charge stations outside are limited so get here earlier.

Excellent service received from Thomas ! Outstanding customer service experience and coaching. He helped me with my problem to replace drive unit for my Model S. Yes it's an expensive repair but you also get great warranty 4years 80k km.

The car does not open at all and is left in the parking . I called the service, they took my car to the dealer after two hours, it's 11:30. I'm so nervous, I couldn't go to work today. It is not known what happened and when it will appear. I have bought it for 3 months.After 2 days, they told me, the batteryPackage must be change.**imagin 2023 tesla3 after 3 months, shut down.

I love this car, but delivery experience? What experience….it needs work, these cars are not cheap. Getting your car serviced at Tesla Montreal? AVOID AT ALL COST! Go to Tesla Laval or Tesla Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, but be advised, even another services center is a gamble... The service technicians on Ferrier have a serious lack of knowledge and professionalism. If push comes to shove and it’s your only option, than diligently inspect your car on the lot before you take it back. They often do not put your car back together properly and make you pay for damages or cost to fix it, if you only noticed it later. Oh and watch out for scratches. Every time I went there, there was always new scratches and dings when it came back. It’s not always this way and I rather go to Tesla than some 3rd party, but 3 visits to fix problems that they caused and they still couldn’t get it right, even when it was obvious? Something is definitely wrong….
