2. Their phone number - doesn't work!
3. Their online chat- doesn't work!
4. We try to get news via their email and it's just general information without any support to resolve the problem!

I do not recommend this company if you need a quick result.
Arriving at the site there was no one: we had to wait 5-10 before an attendant showed up.
He guaranteed results in 15 minutes by text and 1 hour by email and the next day I received my result 3 hours before my flight: I had to be at the airport and I still didn't have my results: very stressful experience

I give a huge 5 stars to the person taking the samples on the site on Rue Bridge, Montreal.
For her welcome, her helpfulness, her follow-up and her self-sacrifice, you have a golden employee.
I would give a 3.5/4 for the administrative service, the entire automation part of which is well done, but which lacks a little human warmth (never any return to my emails), I nevertheless understand that I could have been an administrative headache but a hello we got your message would have been appreciated.
I will not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

I paid for the 12 p.m. PCR-Rush service, I took the test on December 23, 2021, I received the test result on December 26, 2021... The owner, however, followed up on the situation and attempted to arrange the shooting, however, unfortunately, the service I paid for was not provided...Although there were complications during the holiday season beyond their control, this did not It's not up to the customer to live with the repercussions. The customer should be informed of this even before purchasing on the website. A banner should be put on the website mentioning the difficulties beyond their control during this period in order to comply with consumer law.

Scam, paid for 24h pcr result. It’s been now 72 h had still do my have my results. Don’t make people pay if you can’t deliver what you promote.

We had a schedule change and didn't received the virtual kit in time before our departure so we pass by one of their drive thru location and the gentlement saved us by giving us a new kit. SAVED THE DAY!!! Highly recommend them
