I went twice during the same week; once for an Antigen test and another time for a PCR. I received both test results extremely fast (I went at 3 pm for PCR, received the result at 7:15 am the next day despite warning that it might take up to 48h).I had issues with the PCR transaction online and was able to get assistance from their customer service’s online chat within 15 minutes.This business is professional, efficient and customer service oriented.10/10 would recommend!

Wow, A1 customer service from the staff onsite and also the lovely person responding to the Messenger account. For rapid antigen test we got out results under 45 minutes which was crazy fast. I highly recommend this testing place.

We had a schedule change and didn't received the virtual kit in time before our departure so we pass by one of their drive thru location and the gentlement saved us by giving us a new kit. SAVED THE DAY!!! Highly recommend them

Test was supposed to arrive in 1 hour and I'm afraid at this point it will arrive too late. Now I find myself having to go back onsite to ask questions because no one is answering the call center, it's pretty much useless.

On recommendation, last Friday (June 11, 2022) I booked covid tests with Testmobile for my entire family as we were traveling to the US. The following morning the US government announced that testing would no longer be needed. I promptly contacted Testmobile to cancel the tests and requested a refund given that the requirement was lifted. I spoke to a customer agent who was very polite who told me that she would talk to her supervisor and that she would call back without fail in the next 15 minutes. 2 hours later I called back because I did not get a response and was informed that the request would be considered and that she was instructed by her supervisor not to call me back, which frankly is a very odd customer service practice. She was only to convey this information if I happened to call back. I was supposed to get an email response in 24 to 48 hours regarding the refund. It's been 8 days and I have not received an email response, nor any call backs from the numerous messages I have left with them. It is absolutely deplorable that a company would not make good on a refund given this circumstance and worst yet not even acknowledge receipt of emails. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE .... THERE ARE MANY MORE WITH TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Update :After all the fiasco I must say Eliot from Testmobile was extremely understanding. He was human, approached my frustration with the right attitude and proactively solved my problem. He even called me a few time to keep me updated. I finally got my test and he was extremely sincere and i find that an excellent quality in someone who wants to keep their reputation in such a business. I will say the labs processing the tests who promised them quick results are the big scammers here who didn't really care of delivery. In the end he even suggested any alternative test to make it up to us which I haven't experienced such customer service from other ever. Thanks to Testmobile team my plans went ahead!!----‐‐------I paid for a Rush PCR test for 350$ with a 12hr guarantee. I asked 2 staff members at the drive thru if that still applies they said yes with confidence. I went at 2pm yesterday and I still haven't got my results today.False advertising. They just want your money. And on top still promote that they're taking more orders!!

I brought my mom to get tested at 9:00 am on Wednesday, 12/22. It's Boxing Day and we are still waiting. Paid $200 (tax in) for a PCR test whose result was promised to be rendered within 24 hours. Our relatives who went to a free QC government site on the same day (12/22) received their results within 18 hours despite Test Mobile's excuse regarding the "delays brought on by the surge in covid-19 testing."Test Mobile = Olympic-level incompetence. I wouldn't hire them to mow my lawn.

Test Mobile has amazing customer service. Despite a very difficult situation, they went out of their way to ensure that results were done. They called me directly twice to explain and provide results...even on Christmas Eve. Would highly recommend the service.
