Our first experience in June 2022 in this store was not the best but the problems encountered were resolved after wasted hours, today February 23, 2024 we went back to buy a sofa and the pressure was enormous... we a financing account with felxiti at 0% interest with equal payments for 12, 24 or 36 months (at the customer's choice) after choosing our sofa the seller and the service manager for an unknown reason wanted to make us pay the equivalent of the tax of the product purchased in advance by explaining that Brick must pay these taxes in two weeks (said the seller)?? and the manager said that the tax is not financed, (scam) we left the store very below and we made our purchase online on the Brick website with our equal installment credit account and no tax to pay in advance as requested at the store, we really didn't like the service.

Worst place to ever buy anything, their customer service is horrible. I spoke to Zeim when I had an issue and he kept cutting me off instead of letting me talk. I purchased furniture from other places when I moved. I haven't had any issues with them yet. The bed I got from this place keeps coming off. I have had it 8mths now. The 1st issue I had was after 3mths of purchase. What is more upsetting is I don't use this bed often as I'm always going away for work, it's not even a year yet and everything is falling off. Avoid this place at all cost. The sales people will lie to you so they can make money of you. Never again. I had furniture from IKEA that are in better shape than anything I have gotten from the Brick.

Couple of week ago I baught some furniture from brick , on the delivery i didn’t realize that there is a small piece of shelf is missing and i didn’t even know there is a time frame of 24 hrs to file a report , it took me some days to go to the store to claim a missing piece I went to the customer service and DJEEMECRY helped me a lot , He ordered a new piece of shelf and guided me how to follow up the order. I really appreciate him for giving this great service, he really deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you so much Djeemecry, I wish I can give more then five star
