Worst customer service ever and rude staff. Went to pick up a package that was under my coworker’s name, I had my physical ID’s and a picture of my coworker’s drivers license. I was immediately told they would not release the package and that I needed to call UPS to get see “if” they could redeliver the package to my home.
After calling UPS they said that with a letter of authorization and two pieces of ID plus my two pieces of ID they should be able to give me the package.
I went back a couple of days later with all the documentation and was immediately told “NO, I TOLD YOU” I won’t give you the package because you don’t share the same last name or home address. I explained everything to him and even show him all the documentation and kept saying no.
I asked him to speak with his manager multiple times and immediately said no, you can email him and I will forward it to him.
Had to call my coworker to let him know I wasn’t being able to pick up the package and that maybe he could try to email or call the store and hopefully get a better luck. He immediately called the store, and the desk agent let him know that as long as I have a letter of authorization, and two pieces of physical ID’s he will release the package.
The stereotype here of me being a woman and being completely shut down rudely multiple times and my coworker (he is man) and this person changing his mind of releasing the package, speaks volumes!

This amazing little shop has just became one of my favorite places just because I saw this young lady Elda providing such an amazing example of consistent awesome customer service, going the whole nine yards while, either taking care of an elder gentleman with patience and love, or teaching and explaining to their customers.
Lot of potential here!

I went to the Walmart pharmacy at 5400 Jean -Talon , Montreal and showed them a photo of an ointment with Vitamin A & D that I wanted to buy. The first employee showed me A&D tablets, even though I clearly said it was an ointment. I then asked another person for help, and she sent me to a third employee. When I showed her the same picture, she strangely asked me, “What’s inside the box?” — which didn’t make sense since I had never bought it before. I felt disrespected as a customer. No one made

Very poor delivery. My work orders gone.... i had 0 notification . No email or call about an order on the way. Because Because they took a pic of it being delivered but left it downstairs entrance. My item cost 530$ now i am eaiting for ups to look through my dispute.. these delivery people lazy. They do not call you they do not nock. They throw ur package downstairs for anyone to steal

“I went this UPS store to pick up my online order with Banana Republic, Following the instructions in the email, I present the email and one Id to pick up the package, but I was the refused by the employee, claimed he need 2 I D .This is extremely inconvenient and unreasonable. I feel my complaint was valid, and I’m disappointed that the owner didn’t acknowledge the issue and instead blamed me. I hope the owner will reconsider and address the problem.

About 3 weeks ago I brought a package to the UPS store #545 to be sent. Few days later I tracked my package and realized that it has never left the store, so I asked for a refund and my package. Since today the owner has ignored my emails,. I have gone to their store several times to talk to their supervisor but apparently she doesn't care to show up and at least explain why they haven't sent my package and why I am not getting my $320 back!!!!
It is unbelievable!!! No respect for clients at all!!!!
