The guy at the register is such a mean guy because when I talked to him, he didn't even say anything about it. He didn't ask me if the package was going to be standard or express.Now one of my packages are lost.I call ups they tell me to call the store .I call the store ,he speaks to me with a very rude tone asking what he can do.What he should be doing is his job .

I never write reviews on Google, but I was so taken aback by my experience that I felt compelled to share. I went to the UPS Store to get simple information about a signed letter and the process for sending it back. My bill showed I was served by a worker named Sandro (black hair and black beard) during this incident. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the customer service I received. After just asking him a simple question on how I should process my situation. The advisor responded with a rude, dismissive attitude, saying things like "What do you want me to do about it?" and "That's not my problem." I went into the store politely asking for help, and this was the response I received. I was genuinely surprised and couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism. I even told him how stunned I was by his behavior, but it seemed like he couldn’t care less. I really hope changes are made to this individual’s approach to customer service and I hope nobody will be treated the way I was treated at this UPS store .

Constantine was amazing! I had a very difficult shipping situation that he helped me figure out with a smile on his face. The customer service was the best I've experienced in Montreal!

CAREFUL THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ! THEY GAVE ME A TOTAL OF 110$ online to ship an item and they took 450$ on my account after the delivery !! AVOID
