I was very kindly and friendly helped by Malek, who went far and beyond to help me out with my shipping. I even went in with my dog, and that was not a problem! I will certainly return there if I ever need to send a package again!

I had one of my best experience shipping something at this UPS store, with Malak Youssef. I was shipping two boxes with about 40 records, to the USA. I arrived with both my boxes already packed but Malak offered to strengthen my packaging and did an amazing job at it. My records arrived without any damages, thanks to his help. I highly recommend doing business with this store.

Really good service ! I had to return an Amazon package and Malak made my return so easy. He printed my return label and even helped connect to the internet because I wasn’t able to. Very friendly and amazing customer service. I will definitely come back for all my shipping needs
