Very disappointed with the welcome from Serina. She wanted to follow up on me! And after nothing more, no news, I don't even recommend going since, she was almost disgusted with serving me.

We were denied complimentary wedding band service, despite being promised by the company, within the allotted 6-months window. Paid $4000+ and treated with fierce resistance. Really unsatisfied.

Went to Holt Renfrew two weeks ago to get a bracelet and found a beautiful Tiffany Lock bracelet in 18K white gold.
The girls(employees)at Tiffany’s were fantastic,knowledgeable and very professional especially Allana and Ελένη!
They make you feel comfortable while shopping and that’s a plus.
I wanna thank the girls for their wonderful service!

Very disappointed with the professionalism for a brand of this reputation!!
Today, 4 months after purchasing my ring, I still do not have the certificate of authenticity which was normally provided 2 weeks after purchase, plus a problem with the personalization of my box and I have to always call them or travel for news and follow-up. Regrettable for the prestige of this house, despite the beauty of the jewelry!
